Taeyong's POV
2 Weeks Later
I reached home after a long rainy day, instead of visiting Jennie, since she does't really want to see or talk with me anymore, I started helping my other patients.
I gathered up my small information and evidence on who really killed Jisoo, was it suicide? Jennie? Parents?
"Son! Stop helping that psycho Seulgi and work with Jennie! No man leaves their girl in a mansion all alone! She's probably getting scared?!"
"Ma, who said she was my girl? And why would she be scared when she had been living in that mansion for 4 years straight. She doesnt need me. I think."
"Aish you really are a stubborn boy aren't you? No wonder why Jennie would argue from day to night with you."
"Ma! I'm not that stubborn!?" I got offended as she shook her head and walked away.
Soon after scrolling through my phone, nothing to do, the door bell rang.
Ding Dong
"Go get the door son! At least do something in this house! It's the delivery man! I orders 6 parcels for today."
I sighed as I dashed downstairs to go open the door for the delivery man only to see Jennie.
"Why didn't you visit me idiot." She punched my chest with an upset pout.
"Mr Delivery Man! Sorry for the loads of packaging.. Woah! Jennie! What a suprise." My Ma said as she came to the door to greet Ma.
Beep Beep
We all looked behind us to see the delivery man looking mad holding the 6 packages.
"I'll come back kids!" Ma said as she ran to get her delivery.
"W-What are you doing here..?" I asked as Jennie let herself in.
"I came here because I missed you." She said rolling her eyes as I raised my eyebrow.
"I also made these cookies for you, I apologise for shouting at you a while ago,.." she wined while looking at me.
"I also apologise for touching your things without permission." I confessed looking away.
"You know I saw Jisoo again!" She explained as I started listening carelessly.
"Taeyong! You always pretend whatever I say is always so shit to you. Please!"
"Fine go on.."
"Jisoo met me last night and we were talking.. I think she was in my dream yeah.. she told me about I should keep close with my loved ones, it's like she can detect the future! But I didn't understand... anyways either way it was kind of strange."
"Taeyong also! I was very scared during the nights, I kept seeing this shadow but I couldnt place who it could be. Why the fuck werent you there with me!?" I felt bad by hearing her words so I hugged her tightly.
"I'll tell you something, Chungha texted me yesterday, and before I knew it, Tyler took over and messaged her. They were pretty, let's say 18+." I laughed as she joined me.
Without warning, Ma came in slowly from the back. "Tyler? He possessed you Taeyong!?"
"No Ma! He was saying how Chungha was being such an annoying girl. Seriously I hate them." Jennie luckily defended me before I was going to get a lecture from Ma.
"Anyways..Kids! I got some great news for both of you." Ma said happily which I knew it was going to be good news.
"I bought tickets for both of you to go to New York!" She exclaimed leaving us both in shock.
"But Ma.. what about my work-"
"New York!? It's my dream to go there! I always wanted to go when I was young but never got the chance to." Jennie leapt up and down continuously leaving me there smiling at her cuteness.
Jennie deserves it, shes been held captive in her mind for so long, seeing her being happy over these 4 years is probably a miracle.
"Thank you so much Ma! I will never forget this!" Jennie spoke while hugging Ma
"Alright Alright, Taeyong! Get packing! Jennie come with me, tomorrow is going to be the day where you set off your journey. I dont want to see you guys until next week. Quickly!" ~
