Y/N's pov
"Thank you for this amazing weekend Y/N, I really had a great time" I want to be woken up by that beautiful smile everyday.
"Anything for you"
"Don't forget about friday"
"I would never" I assured her. "Hey, remember that on tuesday we're having dinner"
"Together?"
"Forever, Alicia" She kissed me to then go inside her house.
Alicia's pov
"So, is Y/N treating you right?"
"Yes Daisy, she is. I honestly have never been this happy before"
Meet Daisy Phillips, my best friend. She's been here for me ever since my dad Stephen passed away. She has always wanted the best for me, and according to her, Y/N is.
"Good, cause I don't want to kick her ass"
"Because you know she would kick yours actually and you wouldn't even have time to kick hers, right?"
"Exactly Alicia" The bell rang and we went to class.
It was friday today, and I was very excited because Y/N will come pick me up after classes. We'll spend another weekend together, I can't wait.
"I bet she'll bring you flowers" Daisy whispered to my ear.
"She's already taking me somewhere, don't imagine so much"
"Hm, if you say so. But she has really changed for you Alicia, so don't mess it up"
"I promise I won't, I love her Daisy" Her eyes suddenly oppened the most they could have.
"I- did I hear right? Did- Alicia did you just say you love her?!"
"Yes, I did say that. I do Daisy, I really love her" My heart started beating fast just with the memory of Y/N. So this is what being in love really feels like.
"Does she know that?"
"Well no, not yet. I was going to tell her last weekend, but then all this thoughts came to my head and I freaked out. What if she doesn't love me back? I don't want to feel like a loser, and I don't want to get my heart broken"
"Alicia, you really think she doesn't love you?" I just shrugged, "Look honey, she's changed for you in so many ways, and she makes you happier with every little thing she does. She knows she is not the best, but she tries to be that for you. If that's not being in love, then I don't know what it is"
She was right, Y/N has done so much for me. She has changed a lot for me. She probably does love me back.
"Alright fine, if things go right this weekend, then I'll probably tell her"
"If she doesn't tell you before. You know, something tells me she's close to asking the question"
"What question?"
"Duh, the question. Ask you to be her girlfriend?"
"Oh, that question. I don't know Daisy, but I hope so"
Her girlfriend. Y/N's girlfriend. I'll be Y/N's girlfriend. I like how that sounds. My girlfriend. Mine. Totally mine.
"You already gave me high hopes. But okay, enough about me. How was your weekend? What did you and Brad do?"
"Oh yeah, well we went to this amazing restau-"
"Ladies, I see you had a great summer. You can talk about it in break time. Start writing, now"
