Alicia's pov

Where the fuck is he?! He told me at 8:15, and it's already 8:55!! I've asked a lot of friends from school if they've seen him, but apparentely he hasn't even come here yet. I've called him 9 times, all of them were sent directly to voice mail. I'm really killing Matt this time!! I came to this party only to see him, and I can't leave because he was supposed to drive me back home. I can't call my mom because she went out with Travis, and Nick... I have no idea where he is.

I can't ask anyone to drive me back home because obviously no one will want to leave. All my friends are drunk, and I'm not leaving with a stranger. Great, what do I do now?! This day couldn't get any worse.

"Of all people I know, you were the last one I expected to see at a party like this" Spoke too soon, it's way worse now.

"What do you want? I'm really not in the mood to argue right now"

"Who said I was here to argue? I just saw you here all alone and came to talk to you"

"Isn't that what happens everytime we talk? We always end up arguing"

"Maybe things could be different this time" Yeah right, and zombies exist. "What are you doing here? You don't like parties, well not as far as I remember" At least she knows me.

"You're right, I didn't and I still don't"

"That does not answer my question though" She's really annoying.

"Why do you want to know?"

"Woah, okay chill. I came here just to keep you company, but it seems that you prefer to be alone" She was turning around to leave

"No wait! I'm sorry, it's just... could you stay, please? I don't want to be alone" I really didn't want to, and she seemed to be the only person I could talk to right now.

"Why are you here Alicia? You didn't come because you wanted to" She said sitting in the same couch that I was in but leaving some distance between us.

"Matt was supposed to meet me here"

"He forgot about you? Again?" I just shrugged and looked away. "I really don't get it, why are you still with him Alicia? This isn't the first time this happens, and we both know it won't be the last one. You need to-"

"It's not like if you should care Y/N" I said cutting her off.

"I do care, I care about you"

"Really? You care about me? Ha! Of course you do" I didn't mean to be mean to her, but I didn't feel like listening to lies either.

"Take it as a joke if you want to, but it's true. I've always cared about you Alicia"

"And why should I believe you?"

"We're at a party where there are a lot of girls who want sex, and yet I'm here talking to you, keeping you company. I could be driniking right now and doing anything else, but I'm sitting here just so that you don't stay alone." She really was, I can't be rude or anything like that. She's actually being nice to me for once, surprising right?

"Okay, you do have a point. I'm sorry" I was being such a bitch, when she was only being good to me right now.

"You say sorry a lot you know? There's no sentence where you don't say sorry"

"Sorry about that, I- uh, sorry it just came ou- God, sorry I can't sto- I'm sorry I said it agai-"

"Just stop talking, okay?" She said while laughing.

" Yeah sorry I- You know what, I'll just shut up" I couldn't help but smile while she was laughing at how stupid I was.

"You have a problem with the word 'sorry'"
