2 - Olivia

Hi everybody! I did say I was going to update last week but school was merciless and I had to have some extra time. I will be updating once every two weeks so I can have more time to write. Hope you understand  ❤︎

Again, I casted Barbara Palvin as the next character but please don't let that define the character of Olivia. I want you to imagine her as her OWN character. Think you can do that? GREAT!!

        *Ring Ring

        “What?” I snapped as I picked up the phone as soon as it rang.

        “I think I’m going to be late today.” My secretary said in a small voice as if I would bite his face off even through the phone.

        I took a deep breath to help my anger settle down before I answered him. Smoothing my platinum blonde hair that was tied up into a tight bun, I switched on my sweet voice.

        “Oh that’s okay!” I said breezily. But my voice turned threatening, “But if you don’t come now, I might as well cut off a part of your wages along with your balls.” I smiled sweetly and slammed the phone down.

        I stood and stormed into my secretary’s office that was connected to mine.

        “Idiots!” I yelled, “Idiots everywhere!” I was enraged by the sloppy work my employees had done. “THIS is why we never get anything done!”

        As soon as I finished yelling, my secretary rushed in. Hair flying, tie crooked, and glasses on the brim of his nose.

        “I am so sorry Director Black. I was tryi-“ I cut him off as I held up a perfectly manicured hand.

        “Just sit down Carter, and get to work.”

        He obediently plopped his lanky body down into the office chair and I turned around to face him again.

        “You should fix how you look,” I waved my finger at his appearance as I clicked my tongue, “You can’t look like that at the fashion industry.” 

        Carter immediately sat up and tried to fix his hair by running his skinny fingers through it.

        “Goodness, how am I supposed to run a company with these kinds of employees?” I muttered under my breath and marched into my office again.

        I opened up my email and saw that I had a new message.

        What’s this?

        Hello Olivia,

        I just wanted to invite you to a get together I’m having at my mansion. Everybody from our former high school senior class is invited. Including you. You can bring your boyfriend or husband if you like. If you have one that is.

        Anyways, I hope you join the party because everyone will be there to talk about how we’ve been after high school. You know, talk about our colleges and careers.

        Please RSVP before September 1. The party will be on September 14.

        I could imagine her smirking as she wrote this pitiful letter. I glared at the words. If I have a boyfriend or husband?

        If??

        “Argh!” I let out an outcry of anger and pounded on the keyboard to reply to the appalling letter.

        Hello McKenzie,

        I want to let you know that I will be attending the high school reunion party at your mansion. I will be bringing my filthy rich boyfriend along with me so you better step up your game, bitch.

        I gritted my teeth as I typed out the email. I sat back before I clicked send to calm my frustration and reread the email to make sure I wasn’t making any stupid mistakes.

        “Shit,” I whispered as I erased “filthy rich”, “so you better step up your game.” and lastly, “bitch.” 

        Instead I put, “I will be bringing my boyfriend along with me” and left it at that. I slammed my mouse down when I clicked the send button.

        “HA!” I scoffed in triumph and stood up from my desk. “Take that you stupid airhead!” I stabbed the screen of my Mac computer.

        Then someone knocked at my door.
