Luke's POV
After Julie left the studio I just watched her leave with a smile on my face.
"Soooooooooo" I hear Reggie say from behind me.
"Yea?" I question turning around and plopping on my couch.
"Whats going on between you and Julie, huh?" He asks with his arms crossed and a stupid smirk on his face.
"What? Nothing" I say looking away and staring at the ceiling.
"Dude, you don't have to lie to us, we've known you basically our entire lives." Alex says just wanting me to admit my feelings for Julie.
"No, seriously, we're just friends." I say while my smile kind of drops.
"Just admit it, you like Julie" Reggie says.
"No, stop, I don't like Julie that way." I say getting annoyed.
"Fine, whatever you say" He says putting his hands up and rolling his eyes.
"Alright, its late, lets just go to sleep." Alex says going up to the loft.
"Ok, goodnight guys." I say
"Night" I hear both of them say back.
20 minutes later
I couldn't sleep
I just kept thinking about how crazy tonight was. I cant believe that we can actually TOUCH Julie now. We're ghosts, we're not supposed to be able to touch lifers.
Then, my mind drifts to Julie.
In Luke's head
Julie
When we first met her I was so confused
But now, she is like the most amazing person in the world
She makes me feel like I'm alive again
What if this never happened?
What if the guys and I never met Julie?
Would we still be in that dark room?
I don't know, but I don't care
I like how my life- well afterlife is and I couldn't think of a better one
The big question is
Do I like Julie?
Hold up, this is all in my head
Oh then who cares?
I LOVE JULIE
That just felt sooooo right to say or at least think
She probably doesn't like me like that though
Plus even if she did, it would never work out
I'm a ghost and she is a lifer
But what if she did lik-
My thoughts were cut off by a scream
Julie
I ran as fast as I could opening the door to Julie's room (I didn't poof so I wouldn't have scared her even more).
She was just sitting there, her head in her hands, crying
Crap
I hate when girls cry
I just want to make them feel better but I have no idea how
I rush to her side as she lifts up her head
"Jules, whats wrong?" I ask looking concerned.
"Nothing, I- I'm fine." She says wiping her tears and obviously trying to fake a smile.
"Julie, you're clearly not fine, why were you crying?" I ask trying to find out.
"No, uh seriously I'm fi- "
"Tell me" I say quietly but loud enough for her to hear.
"I- it was just a nightmare." She says looking down at her lap.
"What happened in it?" I say trying to comfort her by rubbing circles on her back.
"Well, uh, so it was the day that my mom died, everything was fine, but then suddenly its like i was teleported to the hospital and I saw my poor mom in that hospital bed, and then the doctor told us that she had passed away, and well after that I woke up." Julie was explaining what happened trying not to cry again but she couldn't hold her tears in.
As soon as she finished explaining she looked up at me with tears in her eyes, and it broke my heart seeing her like this.
"I'm sorry Jules, no one should ever go through that once or more, even if its in a dream." I say hugging her.
"Thanks by the way, you didn't have to come up here I would've been fine by myself." She says looking into my eyes.
"No problem, I wasn't sleeping anyway." I say.
"Oh why weren't you sleeping?" She asks
"Just have a lot on my head." I answer
"Yea me too, its just so crazy how we can all touch each other now." She says
"Yea i know right" I say back chuckling a little. "Well I guess we should go back to sle-" I start to say but Julie cuts me off.
"Luke" she says
"Yea?"
"Could you, uh, stay with me? Just in case I um get like another nightmare?" She says quietly and blushing a little looking down at her lap.
"Sure" I say smiling
I get into the bed, and Julie lays her head on my shoulder while I put my arm around her. After about 3 minutes I can tell that she fell asleep. I probably fell asleep about 15 minutes after Julie did.

Alright here is another chapter done!!
Even though I'm the one writing this story, it makes me feel so single 😭😭 I know that other authors have done something like this for one of their chapters but I also imagine a scene like this in the second season, sooooo um yea Kenny could you pleaseeeeeeeeeeee add a scene like this one lol.
I've seen other ppl do this so imma try it too
