"Um I-I just wanted to say sorry. I shouldn't have kissed you, now it's all my fault that Luke ran away. Please don't blame yourself." He says.
"Oh, thanks but how did you know that Luke ran away?" I ask.
"I bumped into Flynn and she, well, kinda yelled at me, but I deserved it." He says. I roll my eyes.
"Sorry bout her, she can get a little outta control sometimes." I say.
"No its ok." He says, "I should get going I don't wanna ruin anything else." He says. I chuckle a little.
"Ok, bye." I say.
"Bye." He says leaving and I close the door.
"Who was that?" Alex asks when I come back.
"Nick." I say.
"What was he doing here." Alex asks rolling his eyes.
"He came to say sorry, and to not blame myself." I say.
"Oh, well that's good." He says.
"Yea." I say and then focus my attention back to the movie. We finally finish the movie and Reggie is passed out on the couch.
"I'm gonna start on dinner, anyone wanna help?" Dad asks. Me and Alex look around not wanting to help.
"Ok... guess I'm making it solo today." He says chuckling.
"I'm gonna go over to the studio wanna come?" I ask Alex.
"I would but I made some plans with Willie. We're gonna go shopping." He says.
"Oh ok, have fun!" I say winking at him, "But not too much fun!" He rolls his eyes at me.
I go over to the studio and sing a couple songs quietly, helping me feel closer to my mom.
Alex's POV "Hi!" I say running over to Willie. We said we'd meet at the beach.
"Hey hotdog! Ready to go?" He says.
"Yea let's waste our moneyyy!" I say excitedly, he laughs.
"What store you wanna go to first?" He asks.
"That one! It caught my eye a couple times, but I didn't have money then." I say pointing to a cute little shop on the boardwalk.
"Alrighty, lets go." He says running towards it. Once we enter, one of the workers welcomed us and I started to look at around immediately.
"Hey this is actually really cute. It reminds me of Julie." I say gently picking up a necklace that had a J, a microphone, and a 🎼 on it.

"Oh yea, you should totally get that for her." Willie says looking at the necklace over my shoulder.
"Alright, hopefully it'll cheer her up a little." I say. We walk around a little more and end up getting some shirts.
"Hey uh, I kinda met up with my parents again, and I told them about you and they asked if you'd like to come over for dinner sometime. I was wondering if you'd wanna come tomorrow?" He asks me.
"Really? Of course I'll come, I'd love to meet your parents." I say.
"Ok cool, we can go there at around 6:30, it's not too far a walk." He says.
"Alright, well I got to go, Rays probably done with dinner and I'm already late." I say facing towards him.
"Oh ok, bye hotdog." He says giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"Wait- uh we... what are we now?" I ask shyly.
"Well I don't really like labels but if it's ok with you, I'd like to be your boyfriend." He says, my face instantly lights up.
"Me too." I say smiling, he smiles back with a little bit of a blush.
"Seeya later hotdog." He says winking at me.
"Seeya." I say walking away. AHHH WILLIES MY BOYFRIEND!!!!! I NEVER THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME!!! When I get back to the house, no ones at the dinner table.
"Anyone here?" I ask looking around the house.
"Oh Alex your back." Ray says. He's leaning against the counter with a worried expression on his face.
Julie's POV As I finish up "Perfect Harmony" on the piano, I start to cry a little remembering the daydream I had about Luke and i while I was dancing with Nick. If only everything was as perfect like that moment.
"Mom, sorry if I'm bothering you, but once again, could you please keep Luke safe for me while he's away? If thats even possible." I say.
"J-Julie." I hear from the door. Its a voice I've heard before. I-It's,
"Luke?" I ask jerking my head. It's him. He looks like he's been crying for a really long time.
"Yea..." He says quietly. I run up to him, but he backs away.
"W-Why'd you come back." I say embarrassed a little.
"I-I um I couldn't be away from you." He says. "But you like Nick so I have to push those feelings away."
"No please! Stop! I don't like Nick!! At all!" I say tearing up.
"I don't know what to believe anymore from you Julie." He says looking down.
"Luke, please let me explain." I plead.
"Fine." He says, his voice cracking. I see a tear fall to the ground.
"I used to like Nick, like before you guys even came into my life. I guess that when he tried to kiss me that day, I felt like my old stupid self and kissed him back. I promise you that I don't like him AT ALL now. He might like me but I don't care, the only person I want to be with is you." I explain. He's silent.
"You sure?" He asks quietly.
"Yes, no doubt." I say.
"You really sure?" He asks.
"Yes."
"You really really sure?" He asks looking up at me and smiling a little
"Ok now your just messing with me." I say laughing a little but my eyes still full with tears.
"Ok, I missed you." He says hugging me REALLY tight.
