If you find yourself at a point where you can't eat, drink, sleep, or do anything just cause you don't have enough energy or will I understand and it's completely fine. If you can't eat try eating small things everyone and a while same thing if you can't drink anything. If you can't sleep set a regular sleep schedule and stay to it even if your just laying there once you stay on the schedule sleep with come easier and easier. If you have no energy to do anything that's fine but don't do nothing for the sake of doing nothing. Energy comes from the sun plants and people around you if you are surrounded with things and people who drain your energy find friends to level it out or get in the sun more and just relaxing outside you'll find yourself in a better mental and physical state then before. Remember to take care of yourself and stay healthy🥺🥰
