This idea is not mine, i saw it used in a story on fanfiction.net where the story hasn't been updated for around 3 to 4 years. The idea is to have ghost from the halo legends prototype short clip, be transported to the world of infinite stratos after he activates the suits self destruct and meets tabane shinonono after she goes and checks on the energy spike in the area. She talks to him and explains things in the world of infinite stratos, after that they decide to work together where she upgrades the prototype with I.s. Tech and he acts as a bodyguard and friend to her.
You can make changes where you want. remember some things can be changed to help make the story better.
