"There you are, Y/N! Why were you gone so long? You're pancakes have gone cold," Celeste asks as I nervously smile at her and take my seat again. I take another bite of my pancakes but decide I'm not hungry anymore, they've really gone cold.

"Anyways, Sybill and I came to a compromise,"

I look at her, confused. A compromise? About what?

"Yeah, I won't mention Snape The Hottie in front of Celeste anymore, so she won't judge me," Sybill smirks.

Right, Snape. I almost forgot about it, since I fell on Draco. I can feel the girls' eyes on me, so I look up to them and give them the best smile I could muster, still blushing from the previous events. Celeste gives me a 'Are you okay?' and a 'we need to talk' face and suddenly gets up.

I am about to protest when she says that we would be late for Hagrid's class, and we need to hurry up. I sigh in relief, originally thinking she was going to interrogate me about where I went before. The three of us get up and make our way there.

--------

Everyone gasps as a large eagle-horse thing comes closer.

"Isn't he beautiful?" Hagrid smiles at the creature.

Ron asks what it is, and I wonder too.

"That, is a hippogriff," Hagrid says as he approaches the students. I look to my left where Hermione, Ron and Harry are standing. This was the first time I'd seen them since last night, when I first met them. I'm standing next to Sybill, and Celeste is on her right.

"That thing looks like it'll eat us all," Sybill comments, and I agree. I look back at the creature, and inspect it some more.

"You know, it's quite cute, actually," I mutter to myself and laugh.

"...Now then, who'd like to come say hello?" Hagrid enthusiastically says, clapping his hands together. Sybill, Celeste and I step back, and so does everyone else, except for Harry.

"Well done, Harry, well done," Hagrid congratulates him for volunteering. Harry turns around, surprised to see that everyone had taken a step back while he stood there.

I snicker. That's what you get for not paying attention. I look back to where Hermione is.  She looks really concerned, and for a second, I feel bad for laughing. Ron pushes Harry forward as he hesitates.

Before we know it, Harry's on the creature, Buckbeak's, back and Hagrid spanks it, causing it to take off running. My eyes go wide as I follow the creature with my eyes, and soon it starts to fly. Everyone rushes near where it took off, including me.

"That is incredible," I smile widely. Harry and Buckbeak are gone for a few minutes, and everyone is anxiously awaiting their arrival. I turn around to see Draco staring at the sky. He's waiting too.

The silence is loud. All we can hear are the leaves rustling, along with the wind. No one's speaking a word. Finally, we hear Harry's whoops and cheers and all our heads, in sync, turn to the sky once again. I see Harry, and immediately let out cheers, thankful he's okay, but jealous he got to ride Buckbeak.

They land safely and Hagrid lifts Harry off. He's smiling really widely, and it's contagious, so I smile widely too. Then, in the corner of my eye, I see Draco moving forwards, towards Buckbeak. Before anyone can stop him, he is pushed down by the creature.

"It's killed meh, it's killed meh!" He groans in pain. I can't help but giggle at his words.

"You're still alive, Draco," I mumble to myself, trying my hardest not to laugh.

"He needs a hospital!" Hermione steps forward and tells Hagrid. "Class dismissed!" Hagrid picks the boy up and carries him back. I take Sybill and Celeste's hands and we go back to the common room.

-------

"Ehm, do you mind, if I visit Draco?" I ask the girls, putting down the playing cards in my hands. The past hour I've been going back and forth wondering whether I should ask or not. I eventually got tired and just asked, I was still worried about whether he was okay.

"Why would you want to visit Draco?" Sybill asks, still concentrating on the cards she has in her hands. Celeste rolls her eyes. "Because, she likes him,"

"I do not like him!" I defend myself, slightly blushing. Why was I blushing? I really didn't like him. I only met him a day ago, anyways.

"That's a lie. Anyways, yes, you can go," Celeste teases and laughs. I roll my eyes. "Wait, why are you going? I thought you said he was an ass," Sybill says as she looks at me, eyebrows furrowed.

"When did I say that?"

"When you were sleeping," Celeste adds, and I look at the both of them suspiciously.

"Just how long were you guys staring at me for...?"

"Not...long..." Sybill tries to defend them. I give up on the conversation and wave goodbye, telling them I'd meet them later for lunch, and leave the room, heading towards the hospital wing.
