Darryl's pov 1st person
"What? Are you like..gay or something?"
Those words shot me like a gun..
Is he against lgbtq+ people..?
"Ahaha..pfft, n-no.." I said, TOTALLY sounding like a lie.
He raises an eyebrow, "You're really bad at lying"
I mean, it's true. I am bad at lying..
I start, but getting cut off immediately, "W-whaaaat? A-aha! I-I'm not-"
"Darryyyyyyylll! You obviously are!" Zak states.
"Ugh! Yes! F-fine! I might be..gay" I say, shyly. (👉👈)
"I knew it!" He said.
He's not judging me? I thought society was horrible..I thought people judges you for being different..I thought they bully you for stuff like that? But no..Zak didn't, he's very..Different..In a good way.
I snap out of my thoughts to find myself already in the first period classroom..
"What?!" I mutter to myself quietly, enough to make it so that I was the only one who would hear it.
The Teacher comes in and starts the lesson.
~6 hours time skip~ (After school)
I hear the bell ring then I rush out of the school. I don't know why I did but I just did. Eventually, I bumped onto someone.
Zak.
I look at him and notice our extremely awkward position.
"I- s-sorry!" I say, getting up and helping him up after.
He giggles..It's so cute..
"It's fine, dude! Anyways, why were you in such a rush? Is something wrong?" He asks.
"U-uh n-nupe! N-nothing's w-wrong.."
He giggles again then" He said, then walked away.
I sigh in relief.
'Thank god..'
