"One, Two.. Now!"
The first thing I did was open my eyes and stared at the target in front of me. Upon hearing my uncle say 'Now' I immediately shot a beam from my palm, creating a large hole in the target ahead of me, right in the center of it's chest.
"That's pretty impressive." My uncle said as he walked towards me, holding up my hand to his face, examining it.
"You said that the last time.." I whined. "Yes and I will keep telling you that until you understand when I tell you, you don't need more training." He let go of my hand and headed towards the elevator.
"But I do need training!" I quickly made my way into the elevator before it closes, leaving me alone in the training room.
"No. No you don't. If anything, you need to go out, stop being cooped up in the Avenger's tower. You're a kid for christ sake." He said, looking at me with wide eyes.
"Uncle, the world out there isn't ready for me. How do I know if I'm even ready? What if I accidentally hurt someone, lose control of my powers? Yuh know...other stuff.." I mumbled.
"Doubt it." He said as the elevator doors open.
Happy stood there with a frowm on his face like always. "But-"
"You're going to school but that's tomorrow. Right now I need you to go to your apartment that's been sitting for months, empty and longing for your return." He smiled at me.
"Right.. but why can't I stay here? I'm already an Avenger. I don't need school, I don't need friends-" I pouted, staring at him with my big puppy eyes.
"Blaire, you're not an avenger and this is why I need you to go. Human interaction, you lack that." He said.
"Seriously? I'm here talking to you. Are you saying you aren't human? And look, Happy doesn't mind me being around, he loves me!" I smiled at Happy.
"Negative." He said causing me to frown.
"Fine!" I mumbled miserably as I started to walk away.
"Blaire?" My uncle called. I turned back and looked at him with sad eyes.
"Your things will be brought to your apartment later. I'll call you whenever I can just stay out of trouble. Love you" He said.
"Got it.."
"What was that? Didn't quite get that." He perked his head up, a hand behind his right ear.
"I love you too, Uncle Tony.." I said giving him a half smile before heading out of the building with Happy.

"Five years ago I was just an average regular girl that no one knew about but my Uncle. My parents died in an invasion and luckily my uncle, Tony Stark found me under all the rubble that was left from the destruction. Both of my arms were gone, so I was told. Decapitated from my body but with the technology and equipment he had, he put me back together in one piece but added a few 'upgrades' to my arms. It was quite questionable on how their weren't any scars or anyway of seeing that my arms were indeed removed from my body, but I never questioned it. I was just grateful to be alive.
Before the ability to shoot beams from my palms, I could only fly with the help of my anti-gravity ankle braces. I could never remove them. If I did wanted to have them removed, it would be a long surgical procedure. They weren't noticable thankfully. They were deep within my tissue out of sight from human eyes.
Growing up, I never went outside, I'd always stay indoors. I did have interaction with people but more like AI's, having conversations with them everyday. It was weird at first but I soon got use to it.
Seeing that I refused to go outside, my uncle shrugged it off for a while, said that I just needed time.
As the years go by it was quite obvious to those around that I needed to get out, meet people and not always have AI interactions.
I had to admit, I was getting bored in the Avenger's tower all those years but I was afraid to leave. I forgot what it was like to just be normal.
Ever since the day I got my arms back, I would always train, get better so I could protect the ones close to me. I can never get back mother and father, I couldn't protect them then but now I can protect anyone I can and I will never stop fighting."
"Are you done?" Happy asked as he pulled the car up in front of a tall building. I pressed the pause button on the tape recorder and looked at him.
"Yes?"
"Everytime you play that over and over. Kid? You're driving me nuts." He climbed out of the car and opened the door for me.
"Awe I love you too, Happy." I smiled as I grabbed my backpack from the seat.
"You'll be getting a new driving from here on out got it? Try going easy on this one." He closed the door and got back into the driver's seat, looking at me once more.
"See you around, kiddo." Was all he said before driving away.
"I can do this, I can definitely do this." I mumbled as I headed into the building quickly.
