My Pov

Geoff goes to the kitchen, and Tony kisses me and says," Princess, I love you so much. You have brought me so much happiness. Even though you can't stay out of trouble. But that means that I can be your hero and nurse you back to health."

I say," Aw Tony, that is so sweet."

I kiss him and look at everyone. I sigh because they all are waiting to hear me say that I love Tony, but even though I do love him, I can't commit to saying it in front of people. Not after Markus. Maybe down the line, but I can't now. I have a staring contest with the group until Geoff saves me by bringing a bowl of soup to me. As he hands me the bowl, I notice as he moves his hand slightly, making sure that we touched. Knowing that he was doing this, I made sure that we touched for a little bit before I had to take the bowl. I smiled at Geoff, hoping that he would catch the fact that I knew what he did. He confirmed by nodding his head slightly, and I began to eat. I watched Geoff as I ate, and I saw that he was thinking hard about something. I was going to have to ask about that later, but for now, I finished my soup, and I sat it down to take it into the kitchen later. But Geoff picks the bowl up and takes it to the kitchen for me, and Jasmine follows after. 

I notice Kathy tense up as if she didn't want Geoff and Jasmine to be alone together, but trying to trust the two of them she stays in the living room. Will crawls into my lap and falls asleep. I hold him smiling because he trusts me enough to fall asleep on me. Not many kids want to do that. Sure, every kid that I came into contact with loved me as I was able to get on their level and truly understand them, but they never wanted this type of contact with me. I get why they never wanted to since all of the kids that I deal with are all introverts and want nothing to do with people. But I like it when kids trust me this much. I want them to trust that I will be there for them if they ever need it. 

What is going on in the kitchen? Why is it taking Geoff so long? I mean, he can do whatever he wants, but I want to see him again, and he is taking too long. I see Geoff walking out, and I think finally he comes. He walks to Tony and whispers something. Tony whispers back, and I try to hear what they are saying, but they were too far away for me to hear. I see Geoff smile as Kathy asks what they were talking about, but Geoff's smile fades. Geoff says that since my birthday was coming up, he knew about something that Tony could get me and that he couldn't say what it was since I was in the room. I could tell that he was lying just by the fact that my birthday wasn't for another month. Why I base it off that I don't know. Kathy asks Tony to confirm, and he does saying that it was something that could only hold a fraction of my true beauty. I blushed, and Kathy asked Tony to tell her later, and Tony agreed.

Geoff looks at me and sees that I was confused as to what they were really talking about. He smiled as someone knocked on the door, and I got scared. Geoff looks at me like he wanted to hug me, but he left to see who was at the door. 

Tony hugs me and says," Shh, it's okay, baby. Nobody can hurt you. Not with all of these guys here who love you to death."

I smile and kiss Tony, saying," Thank you, Tony."

A little bit later, I see the doctor walk in, and I feel relieved knowing that it was just him.

He says," I hear that you had quite a night."

I say," Yea. I sure had a lot of fun hitting my head trying to fix the backup."

Everyone laughed as the doctor said," Even though you have a concussion, you still know how to make my job easier."

I say," I don't think that anything can stop the fact that I can make anyone laugh. But I am glad that I make things like this easier."

The doctor says," Well, I am glad to have you as a patient. I am not saying that I like you being hurt, but I always have a good laugh when you come in."
