Julie and Luke one shots

chapter 5- fake dating

Disclaimer before you read the chapter (In all of the chapters, everyone can see the boys and all of these take place after the events of s1, ok now on with the chapter)

Julie was tired of Nick constantly asking her out, when she had already said no multiple times. 

One day Julie was at her locker and Nick came over again to ask her out which Julie thought was really weird because she had said no multiple times. Julie thought Nick was acting weird and that something wasn't right with him, she wasn't sure what was happening but she didn't like it.

Julie turned to Nick as she closed her locker and said "Look I already know what you're going to say, I can't go out with you, I'm flattered really but I-".

Julie cut off as she thought of something that would finally get him to stop asking her out, Julie knew that if she pretended she was dating someone then he would get the hint and stop asking her out. So Julie turned back to Nick and said "I have a boyfriend, truly I think it's nice that you've been coming to all of my gigs and bringing my flowers but I can't go out with you because I'm seeing someone else, I really am sorry".

Julie started to walk away but Nick said as he pointed "Is that your boyfriend?".

Julie looked confused as she said "Who?".

Nick said "Look that way".

Julie looked to where he was pointing and there she saw Luke.

Julie knew immediately that she could pretend that Luke was her bf, although that wouldn't be hard because they were already really close and she did have a crush on him so why not?

Julie walked over to him, hugged him and then kissed him on the cheek as she said "Oh my gosh I've missed you".

Luke said confused "What's going on?".

Julie said "Just play along, can you please act like you're dating me".

Luke said confused "Why".

Julie said "I don't have time to explain but please just come over here and act like you're dating me".

Luke said "Ok Jules, I'll play along".

Julie led Luke over to Nick and said "Nick, this is my boyfriend Luke."

Nick said "Wait are you from Julie's hologram band?".

Luke said "Yeah but me and the guys decided to move here so we could be closer to Julie and so we wouldn't have to do the hologram thing anymore".

Nick said "Oh I get it. He then turned back to Julie and said "So he's your boyfriend?".

Julie said "Yeah".

Nick said "For some reason, I'm not sure I believe you".

Luke said "Really, well, do you believe her now?"

Julie was about to say something when Luke leaned in and kissed her.

Julie played along and kissed him back as she wrapped her arms around his neck and he wrapped his around her waist. 

Nick was in shock, Carrie and Flynn both turned their heads in complete shock at the sight of Luke and Julie.

Luke pulled back leaving Julie in shock and flustered.

Luke said as he embraced Julie "Do you believe us now?".

Nick said still in shock "Uh yeah definitely, Julie I'll um see you around".

Julie nodded still in shock and still trying to process.
