Sorry he is just way to fine. Like literally he is so fine and the reason why nobody else is deemed attractive to me... Anyways, hey loves. I apologize for not updating sooner, finals week was a whole lot. How've you guys been? Alright back to the chapter, teehee.
Also should I still make One Direction have British accents? Let me know, because I'll have to make it make sense.
This is Isabel (Isa). Freshman. I forgot to add her in main characters, so here ya go.
2 days later, The first week
If I would've known how my first days of school were gonna go, I would've stayed home. On the first day I had TWO practices. One in the morning before school and one right after school. Like for what.
After getting dressed in a yellow top and black skinny jeans, I went to the car with my mum. "So, did you remember your folders and your volleyball bag?" She asked. Yes I play volleyball, my mum forces me to play sports to stay in shape and to an all around talented individual. I've grown to like it. "Yes, mum. You literally asked me that last night and made me pack it right in front of you," I replied slightly irritated. I swear moms always over analyze everything, like leave me alone please. "I know, but I'm just so excited! Aren't you?" she exclaimed, smiling brightly. As I mentioned before, she also went to Morrow back in the day. I might've forgotten to say that she went to school with my PRINCIPAL. Lord knows it's gonna be a rough year.
She dropped me off in front of the music room for my first day of choir practice. "Okay sweetie, I'll be back after your practice to help you find your way to the front off the school. Bye!" She said before driving off. Over the summer we had a week of music camp here to prepare for season, so I already know my way around this building and have a few friends.
"Heyy, Isa" I greeted while sitting down next to her. "Bitch, I'm tired. I DO NOT want to be here this early on the first day of school. What's the point of having late start, when we literally still have to be here around the time as a regular school day," she huffed out right after I greeted her. I've known her since the third grad, so at this point I'm used to her impoliteness. "Well damn, no hi or nothing. I see how it is," I said offended. "But your right. Speaking of which, when is that yired* ass teacher gonna start the class?"
One thing is for sure, I hate this damn class already. Coming from a school with one of the best conductors in the city really spoiled me. "I dont know Zee, but I'm not looking forward to this next hour and a half."
The class went by painfully slow and by the time the teacher dismissed us, I was half way out the door... literally. I had checked my phone right before the period ended and saw I text from my mum saying to walk to the front of the school. Thankfully I know where that's is. As I walked to the front I saw a line of staff on either side of the entrance, cheering for the students. I kept walking and saw my mum, she had a sly smile on her face and that when I knew she did this on purpose.
"Are you serious mum, I could've just walked the back way. Why are you making walk all the way here to front just to go through a line of staff." I said. "Because I can. Now go walk through the line and say hi to your principal." I huffed and walked through the line, then stopped at my principle. "Hey Dr. Scott," I said while faking a smile. "Hello Zayn! Hello Trisha! How've you been sister?" he replied.
"Hi, Dr. Scott! Can Zayn take a picture with you?" mum asked. Wait I know you fuckin lying. "No, mum. Let's just walk in and find my classes." "Um, no take a picture with Dr. Scott. Then we can go." Then all the staff and Dr. Scott said something along the lines of "yeahh, c'mon Zayn!" My cheeks flushed a bright red as all of their eyes landed on me waiting for a response. "Ok, fine. Let's get this over with." My mum and one of the staff took our pictures and then I ran into the building.
After checking in and getting the slip with all of my classes, my mum and I headed to my locker. Since I didn't know my left from right at this school, I blindly followed her around since she's been here before. "Damn, Zaynie. It's been years since I've walked these halls, it's very nostalgic," she whispered. I think she was talking to herself more than to me. "Have you found my locker yet? I still need to find my class too," I whined. "Yeah, here it is and give me your schedule so I can direct you to your first class," she responded. After putting my things away, she told me my class was down the hall and we parted ways. "Have a good day, Zayn!" She said before walking away.
I started walking around in search for my class and realized that I had walked in a full circle. "Well fuck. So much for my class being down the hall," I muttered. A sign caught my eye saying that rooms 23A-46-C were upstairs. Looking at down at my paper, I realized that my class was up there. Finally, after a few minutes I found my class. I was a bit scared because this was my math class. Which is a class for sophomore but since I took freshman math in 8th grade here I am. The rest of the day went on pretty usual. Most of my friends and I were surprised by how chill the school is. We expected it to be full out ghetto and loud, but it was actually pretty chill and laid back. Lowkey it was kind of boring. (looking back it boy were we wrong. -N)
HELLOOO. Sorry the next few chapters are gonna be kinda boring and Harry free.
Anygays, what your favorite food? Mine is definitely potato tacos.
Kisses 😘- Noel ;)
