"Class today I am going to pair everyone for a group essay," Mrs.Ellison said,"but one group will have two because of the number of students."
She paired everyone up.
"Becca and Chase, you will be the group of two."
Great, I thought to myself.
He looked at me,"I guess we're partners."
"The topic will be about life outside of school," the teacher said,"Just write about what your group does outside of school, and it has to be five pages."
The class groaned.
"You all can do it. Y'all are all grown," Mrs.Ellison groaned back.
Chase turned towards me.
"It will be a three week project," Mrs.Ellison finished just as the bell rung.
