Angels & Demons | Jimin & Taehyung x Reader

Chapter 27

It was weird because I indeed made my choice and I agreed with that choice but in the past months I did fall in love with Taehyung and it was strange to imagine my life without him. This stream of thinking made me soft and tears formed in my eyes.

   'I will miss you' I said and at that moment tears rolled down my cheeks

   'hey don't cry angel' he said and smiled at himself saying angel   'guess that's now a pretty good nickname' 'I will miss you too and I will never forget you. besides its not impossible to see each other just not really easy either so I guess its not goodbye forever but more a see you later? maybe in a hundred years?' 

'a hundred years?' I asked scared

  'yeah 100 years is nothing. you'll get used to it' Taehyung answered with a chuckle

I stepped forward putting my hands around his waist for a hug

  'thank you Taehyung, for everything'

His arms wrapping around me and I knew this was the last time we would be like this. And therefore it meant all the more to me.

 'ah isn't this so sweet'

I heard an unfamiliar voice say sarcastically, we all turned our heads. I saw Muriel and next to her was a man I did not recognize.

Taehyung tensed up instantly

   'lucifer?' 

   'good evening Taehyung' the man said Taehyung just called lucifer.

Lucifer as in the devil? I was surely experiencing some shock again.

   'What are you doing here?' Taehyung growled out

'I heard its our girls big day, she is going to make her choice right?' Lucifer said with grin

Taehyung looked at Muriel   'That's why you sent Muriel? so that if y/n decides you will know?' Taehyung asked indignant

Muriel chuckled   'yes, we didn't know for sure when the transition period would start and honestly we didn't trust you that much anymore. you became weak Taehyung so my dad sent me to keep an eye on everything'

  'why?' I then asked

   'Because you will join us ofcourse' Lucifer explained happily. 

   'No I actually decided to become an angel.'

Lucifer laughed out loud, it was kind of awkward as no one else laughed but he didn't seem to care

   'Darling, I am lucifer, there is no decision here. If I tell you to join me, you will join me.'  ...  'you either join us or you die.'

    'What?' I let out but at the same time so did Jimin and Taehyung.

Jimin immediately stepped in front of me as some sort of shield, his body completely tensed up

    'awh this angel, yeah we can not kill you because of the treaty but we can knock you out. don't worry.'

  'Why is she so important to you?' 

  'Well this as you know hasn't been the first time a halfy came into life. Angels can't start to think that they can change demons into softies and get away with it. so we make sure all the halfys become demons and in that way make it very, very unattractive for the angels to try this shit again'

   'This shit? falling in love?' I shouted frustrated.

Both Lucifer and Muriel rolled their eyes

   'you will need to be taught some discipline as soon as you're mine' Lucifer indicated

  'yours?' this time it was Jimin

  'well yes ofcourse, what better sign of a fuck you to the angels is it to have their precious halfys as my children'

We all turned to Muriel

   'Wait were you a halfy as well?' I asked and she smirked    'Yeah, most horrible time of my existence, thank god the angels did not send someone at that time to confuse me. I happily joined the demons and as you can see I belong here, and y/n so should you'  'No so will you' she corrected herself.

Taehyung pov

I was not sure what to do, y/n needed to get to heaven but how could she get there without Lucifer killing her first? and her becoming a demon and being transformed into a child of Lucifer?

Hell no.

There was a part of me that already knew what I had to do but I also knew the consequence of that decision.

Jimin was standing next to me and y/n behind him. I looked at my left where Jimin was

  'Jimin, take y/n to heaven to complete her transition'

   'What about you?' he asked worried. 

   'I have to hold them off'

  'no' y/n said 'we can all fight'

   'y/n we don't stand a chance, perhaps if you complete the transition and come back he doesn't have a reason to fight anymore' 

y/n pov

Lucifer raised his eyebrow, being able to hear our conversation

    'Taehyung if you stop this ridiculousness now and give us the halfy we will let you off with some torture but if you proceed with defying me we will kill you'

  'NO' I shouted

Taehyung looked at me with begging eyes

   'y/n GO NOW please, if you are an angel you will be protected under the treaty'

I stood numbed

  'GO' he repeated with more urgency  

   'We will come back for you' Jimin said to Taehyung and grabbed my hand.

Taehyung pov

Jimin and y/n were moving away from us and that made me in a way relieved.

   'I didn't expect you to fall for this halfy Taehyung but yeah we will get pass you and when we make that halfy into one of ours I will make sure she will never be yours' Lucifer said amused

 'She won't be because she will be an angel' I replied which seemed to only piss him off more

They made their way towards me and I embraced myself for a fight. it had been some time I fought anyone honestly but I had now a good reason to fight and that counted for a lot. 

y/n pov

I felt so conflicted for leaving Taehyung behind but if someone made their decision and urged me to, wouldn't you want to listen to them?

We were on safe distance from what just happened and Jimin stopped.

   'y/n we should do this quickly and get back to help taehyung'

If the situation wasn't so dire this was actually sweet, the fact they, without them realizing it, behaved as friends.

  'How do we even get to heaven?'

Jimin put his arms around me 'do you trust me?'

I nodded against his chest

'Then close your eyes'
