Joey looked shocked at what just had happened his heart was racing Shane looked just as shocked as Joey they just sat and looked at each other not daring too say a word Shane brings Joey into his lap so Joey s head is laying in Shanes lap "You know we need too talk about what just happened right?" Joey asked Shane gulped and nodded in agreement, Just then Shanes phone started ringing "shit" he said under his breath then answered "Hello?" "No" "I know" "I'm sorry" "okay love you too" "okay mom bye" Joey looked at Shane with his eyebrow raised "What was that about?" Joey asked, "My mom was just complaining" Shane said with a hint of guilt in his voice, Joey noticed and asked "Are you okay? What happened?" Shane nodded "I'm fine just young and stupid" Joey gave him a sympathetic look "well why don't you stay over? My parents won't be here for a while" Shane nodded and called his mom too tell her she was proud of Shane for seeing his best friend , Teresa didn't like Lisa she was a bad influence for Shane and she didn't feel comfortable with them being together. "So what do you want too do?" Joey said in a perky tone his eyes was glowing again they wasn't dull like they was when Shane was at the door when he first arrived "Hmm how about we go make something too eat?" Joey looked at Shane trying not too laugh and be serious "Shane you always want too make food", "Are you calling me fat?"Shane acted offended "No" Joey said looking down trying not too laugh "Joey?" Shane said the younger boy looked at him they both started laughing by this time Shane was on the ground screaming "I can't breathe omg omg" Joey was laughing at how hard Shane was laughing. "Get up" Joey said while pulling on the older boys hand Shane latched got up and calmed down "Now back too the food" Shane said strutting too the kitchen Joey followed behind him giggling Shane grabbed a box of poptarts "Lets eat this and some ice cream " Shane said tossing Joey the Chocolate fudge poptarts,"Shane!! We are going too get fat!!" Joey exclaimed. Shane laughed a bit "Soyy worth it!!" Shane said with a hint of sass while setting on the couch with a bucket of ice cream and 2 spoons Joey walked over too Shane and Shane handed him a spoon "Fine!!!" Joey said setting down next too Shane scooping up some ice cream in his spoon "Yummy!!" Joey squealed, "is that so?" Shane said in a smart tone. Joey smirked "yes" a few minutes passed and silence filled the room "want too watch a movie?" Joey said breaking the silence between the two of them, Shane smiled in response. "Oooh!!! How about the Hunger Games?!?!" Joey suggested Shane raised his eyebrow. "Okay" Joey put the movie on after they ate until there stomachs hurt and the movie was over Joey was laying asleep on Shanes shoulder Shane smiled at the realization his best friend was sleeping on his shoulder Shane gently shook Joey awake the Green eyed boys eyes flickered open like a light "Come on let's go upstairs" Shane suggested, Joey groaned he wasn't wanting too move he was comfortable "Nooo" Joey said sleepy Shane laughed at the annoyance in Joey s voice "get up!!" Shane said while tugging little strands of the boys hair ,Joey finally got up and walked too the stairs he looked at Shane and groaned Shane then had a idea if Joey is going too act like a kid then he will treat him like one "Joey jump on my back" Shane said walking toward the stairs meeting the Green eyed boy, Joey looked amused "Jump on your back?!?! I will break it!" He said laughing "just do it" Shane said with attitude Joey obeyed and climbed on the older boys back his legs was wrapped around Shane and his arm was wrapped around shames neck Joey rested his head on Shanes taking the scent of the older boys hair in it smelt like tropical, "see you're not that heavy"Shane said walking up the stairs reaching Joeys room opening the door so they can go in, Shane lets Joey off his back and sets him on his bed "that was fun" Joey said excitedly, Shane turned a faint red and changed the subject "So you are not sleepy anymore?" Shane asked Joey nodded he wasn't tired Shane got a idea "Hey, Joey lets play hide and seek" Joey hopped off the bed "hiding!!!" He said darting out of the room leaving Shane too count while Shane was counting Joey ran into the living room found a blanket and hid himself underneath it "READY OR NOT HERE I COME!" Shane ringed, Joey stopped breathing when he could feel Shanes presence in the room "oh where could he be" Shane mocked while he ran his finger over the cover Joey was under Shane heard a small giggle come from the cover and smirked "well guess he's not in here"Shane said making foot noises like he left the room Joey raised up too she Shane starring at "caught ya graceffa" Shane said setting on his lap, Joey blushed and tries too hide it "so what now?" Shane asked Joey looking him in the eyes but Joey wasn't looking Shane in the eyes he was looking at his lips Shane blushed a but then mentally smacked himself "he don't like you!!" His brain kept telling himself he was having a argument with his brain "I'm not gay" "I'm not gay" " I like girls" The voices in Shanes head was laughing at him "Hmm" Joey said still looking at Shanes lips "actually you know what? I'm tired" Shane said too Joey getting off his lap going too Joeys room while Joey followed. Shane layed down on his side of the bed yes they had this planned out which side of the bed each other got Joey got the side that the bed was up against the wall while Shane didn't Joey got in his spot and faced Shane, Shane was already out of it he was asleep so Joey closed his eyes but before he did that he kissed the top of Shanes head "goodnight Shaney" Joey whisperd even though he wouldn't get a reply all he heard was light snores.
