"I had a great time," you said with a smile. "I hope we can hang out another day."
"That would be great, I'll call you later."
After the boy had left, you couldn't stop smiling and you turned around to notice Wyatt sitting down and looking at you with a heart broken expression.
"Hey you feeling alright, Wyatt?" Gary asked while putting a hand on the heartbroken boy's shoulder.
Wyatt watched as you headed to the kitchen to talk with Lisa. "That should've been me, Gar. I love her so much and I want her to be happy, but it hurts, you know?"
"Yeah, I get it. But hey we got Lisa, alright?"
"Yeah, but she's not y/n." Wyatt responded sadly. "I'm gonna head upstairs and go to bed. I had a long night."
