So, while waiting for the next chapter, here's a special I wrote for you guys! This chapter doesn't have anything to do with the plot, just think of this as a one shot or a bonus chapter. Meaning, this isn't canon to the story. I'm sorry if the ending doesn't seem to satisfy you, I'm not good at writing love scenes, hehe—
Hope you enjoy!

"This game again?"
The rest of the class seems excited except for 2 people. Midori audibly whined as (Y/n) comfortingly pat her head with the same expression as the green-headed female.
"What do you mean, 'again'? It's been a while since we played this game!" Kai said grinning. "You're only excited because the last time we played this game, you got the attacker thrice in a row! And I was the target!" Midori whined as imaginary tears started to drip down her cheeks. "And I was your target." (Y/n) added, "And you scared me half to death with that clown mask..." She mumbled as she shivered at the memory before sitting on the ground as she hugged her knees.
The weather outside is really cold and windy and the class hasn't started, and it was very clear that all of them were affected by it. Others yawned audibly, others were bored, and others were sleepy. Their teacher, Usami, sees this and couldn't help but to sulk after her failed attempts to make them do something productive. Until she had an idea. The rabbit told them that they'll be playing a game that they are familiar with. And that game is called: Attackers and Targets.
It's a game the class created when they were around their 2nd year and it's similar to Cops and Robbers but instead of running around, the Attackers will find the right time and place to strike at their Targets. How do you know if you're the Attacker or Target? Each of them will take a folded card from a container. No peeking of course. If you got the card that has a green circle, that means you're the Target, although it didn't say who your Attacker is. If you got the card that has a red circle and someone's name from the class in the middle of the circle, that means you're the Attacker and the name inside the circle is your Target.
For the Attacker, in order to 'attack' their Target, all they have to do is to hit them with their small red balls. The Attacker has 5 of them, so that means they only have 5 strikes. If they used up all of their balls, then that means they lose and the Target wins. For the Target, they also have 5 small red balls. If the Target managed to hit their Attacker with them, they win. And just like the Attacker, they only have 5 strikes. Instead of losing if they used up all of their balls, they'll just run away from their Attacker. The reason why the Targets also have their balls was to prevent others from finding out who are the Attackers and who are the Targets. And to make this game fair.
They only have the end of their chosen Time Limit to survive and to capture their Target. If the Attackers fail to attack their Target by the end of their deadline, the Target wins. And vice versa. They are also not allowed to tell anyone that they are the Attacker or Target. Nor show their cards. The Attackers are also not allowed to attack their Targets in class.
The last time they played, (Y/n) got the Target card and the assigned Time Limit was 3 days. On the third day, it was the afternoon when she got attacked. She was so close to surviving. She was in the main room with Yumi, both playing mini pianos. Yumi was the Attacker and her Target was Midori. She successfully 'attacked' Midori, resulting her to win. As they were playing, the light's room suddenly flickered. (Y/n) knew that it must be her Attacker, so she got ready to grab her red ball in her pocket. Balls then started to launch at her to which she successfully dodged. She then realized that there were only 4 balls. But where's the fifth one? As soon as she turned around she was looked down upon a face she truly fears.
