Hinila niya ako palabas. Hanggang sa nagpunta na kami sa gitna ng soccer field.

"anong ginagawa natin dito?" tanong ko.

"hindi manlang kita ma-solo kanina, ang daming umaalok sayo ng sayaw, tsaka lang tayo nagsasamang sumayaw kung pang-party yung tunog." Sabi niya.

Natawa ako, para siyang batang nagtatampo.

"eh hindi mo naman ako inaalok—"

"—sshhh" pagputol niya sa sasabihin ko

"gusto kitang ma-solo."

And that's where the butterflies started rumbling on my stomach.

I also felt my heart thumping so fast na para bang lalabas na siya ng katawan ko.

Hindi na ako nakaimik.
