Chapter 19

The meeting ended and moonbyul silently walk away from their CEO’s room without saying goodbye to her members, as she take the time to go to the nearest restroom. All of them are upset with the group’s disbandment and the group already decided not to renew the contract when it ended, but this information wasn't that big deal on moonbyul’s mind right now.

First reason, she’s feeling dizzy and her hands are trembling. Second, she can hardly breathe and her heart is like clenching from the inside, that’s why when the meeting ended, she hurriedly finds the restroom to relax her nerves.

This past few weeks, she was also experiencing palpitations. She thought it was because she always drinks coffee that's why she limits herself from drinking coffee and eating unnecessary food. But now she feels like it was starting to get worst, she even fainted yesterday. She’s just lucky Irene was there to help her.

As moonbyul stepped foot in the restroom, she immediately wash her face, erasing the light makeup she have apply recently. Moonbyul isn’t ashamed if people will see her bare face, she doesn’t care about their opinions and she will not listen to them.

She knows, she’s beautiful in her own way, and besides, she has planned on going home immediately after this meeting.

She look at herself in the mirror, scanning her face which was now freshly washed and with no makeup can be seen while thinking about what is happening in her body. 
 

“Byulah”

Moonbyul flinched when she heard the voice of the woman she’s been longing for. It’s just weeks since they did talk but moonbyul feels it was ages ago. She misses the girl so much that she wanted to hug yongsun in her arms. But she knows she has to stop herself, they are not on good terms and yongsun has now a boyfriend.

Moonbyul smirked at the thought of boyfriend. She was jealous for sure, but she was more feeling disappointed towards the girl.

The news article said they have been dating for months, and yongsun didn’t even have the time to tell the group about their relationship which disappoints moonbyul most. When did she start keeping things to herself?

Moonbyul just looks at yongsun’s reflection in the mirror for a second before she washes her face again and fetches the handkerchief from her jeans back pocket to wipe her face. She didn’t talk, she just let yongsun watch her until she decided to face her, giving moonbyul her full attention towards the girl.

“What do you want?"

Moonbyul spoke with coldness that made yongsun close her eyes for a second. She hated that tone of voice from moonbyul, she knows she was mad.

“I-I've noticed you were not feeling well earlier. Is everything alright?” Yongsun asked despite moonbyul giving her a cold shoulder. She can’t blame the girl, yongsun knows she was hurt.

“Oh? You care? I thought you didn’t.” Moonbyul said with full of sarcasm in her tone.

“Well yeah, I’m okay. Never been better, and now if you’ll excuse me..” Moonbyul added as she shrugged her shoulders and was ready to go out, but when she was on yongsun’s side, the girl immediately grab her arm and swiftly turn her around, facing yongsun once again.

Moonbyul caresses her arms that were grabbed by the girl, yongsun have grab her arm with a force that she thinks the spot she held will leave a bruise.

“I’m sorry.” Yongsun said when she noticed moonbyul’s face turned sour from her grab, and when moonbyul was still quiet, she proceeded on talking.

“I-I’m sorry for not telling you about Eric. I was planning to, honestly. But you know we are not in good-“

“That’s not a valid reason and you know that, yongsun. In the very first place, you should have told me about him. Seriously, a month? You’ve been dating for that long but you didn’t even have time on telling us? If the media didn’t release that news, how long must have taken before you tell me and the maknaes? And don’t you dare tell me I am not in the proper place to know about your life, or you don’t want to hurt me because I have feelings for you. I know how to set my feelings aside, I am not that immature. I am not just your best friend, or colleague, or whatever yongsun. We treat each other as a family and we have the same group reputation. I always tell you about the important things in my life and I hope you did too. I am just so disappointed with this.” Moonbyul stated, not looking away from yongsun’s eyes.
