speaking of clueless..
reggie joined our little group finally.
"hey guys." he mumbled, wrapping his arm around my shoulder.
maybe it was just me who noticed, but his demeanor was off.
i wanted to ask but the school bell rang before i could.
we all went our separate ways, unfortunately.
"hey lukey." one of the girls in our school spoke towards me.
i tried not to gag when she winked at me.
the nickname lukey made me cringe before, but now i hate it even more.
"you okay? you look like alex when carrie sent him nudes."
the voice belonged to none other than flynn.
if i was honest.. i forgot we had shared this class together.
"casey winked at me."
my voice was shaking seeing as i'm basically outing myself to flynn.
it takes a minute for her to realize why this would make me so uncomfortable.
especially since if it was me a year ago, i would've obsessed over the simple gesture.
"luke.." her voice was soft.
she ended up embracing me in the same type of hug julie and i shared this morning.
the warning bell rang through the halls.
we shared similar glances before bursting into laughter at the fact we have one minute to make it upstairs to our bio class.
safe to say.. we were extremely late.
