Broken-Kenhina Pt. 2

Part Two- I wish I were ....
TRIGGER WARNING- there is some yelling and swearing

Shōyō starts to fall asleep when he hears Kenma whisper, "If only you knew..." he slowly falls fully into sleep while Kenma plays with Shōyō's hair. The orange spikes of the decoy start to fall while Kenma works the gel out.
"How much I like you..." Kenma says before humming the rest realizing Shōyō might understand that what he was saying is about him.
Shōyō starts moving in his sleep slowly waking up, "Kenma?" He questions seeing if his 'Knight in Shining Armor' was there.
"Yeah bud?" Kenma replies hating himself for calling him 'bud'
"..... thank you....." Shōyō mumbles under his breath not wanting to acknowledge the fact that Kenma has helped him with his Kageyama problem about 20 times now.
Deciding to be bold Kenma speaks up, "Shō, do you know why I help you?"
"No... I don't..." Shōyō admits, fully ready to know why.
"Shōyō, I do it because... well, I love you, and I know you like Kageyama even though he's broken heart so many times, I think you've broken mine just as many. Sometimes I wish I were Kageyama because then you'd maybe love me..." Kenma admits as tears start falling from his eyes.
"Kenma, I... I'm sorry, I don't-" Shōyō starts.
"No Shōyō... I'm sorry..." Kenma says softly before walking out of Shōyō's house.
A few days pass, neither one makes any move to speak to the other, Shōyō because he's confused, and Kenma because he is too scared to see what Shōyō has to say.
Kenma walks over to Karasuno finally wanting to talk to Shōyō, about anything really. Until he sees him.
"YOU DONT UNDERSTAND KAGEYAMA," Shōyō yells, "I CARE ABOUT HIM! WHY CANT YOU JUST LET ME GO..." Shōyō breathes In regaining composure he continues, "you are the one who broke up with me. I shouldn't have to pretend to be okay with this, I loved you, you hurt me. Kenma was there for me." Shōyō realizes.
Kenma smiles and decides now he should step in, since Kageyama looks kind of mad.
"Hi Shōyō!!" He says as he enters.
"KENMAAA!!!" Shōyō says sudden joy filling his voice.
"Kenma. You fucking bastard. You stole my boyfriend." Kageyama says his voice harsh and threatening.
"I'm sorry Kageyama, did you get a new boyfriend? Because I do believe you and Shōyō broke up." Kenma says in a passive voice.
Kageyama rolls his eyes and storms away as Shōyō runs up to Kenna hugging him.
"Kenma!!! IM SO SORRY THIS TOOK ME SO LONG I LOVE YOU!" Shōyō rushes out.
Kenma smiles and says, "Thank you Shōyō."
"What for?" He replies.
"Everything."

I'm sorry this took so fricking long. Anyway I'm thinking of doing a Kenma x y/n thing and it'd stay gender neutral. But would you all like that one shot? If the majority says no I won't post it.
