Sid's POV

I reached the venue back and saw bhai, di and sonia aunty together so I went towards them.

Sid: Hey

Sonia: Here is my fav dancer, I loved your performance

Sid: Thank you so much my fav aunty

I said and hugged her

Abhi: This is wrong huh mom I'm your son in law give me some respect too

We all chuckled and she hugged him too.

Vaish: You forgot your own daughter, that's not fair

Sonia: Don't be a jello baby

Vaish: I'm not a jello baby

She said with a grumpy face

Sonia: Yeah whatever accha sid beta do you know where is Avneet?

Sid: Um yeah aunty actually she wasn't feeling well so I dropped her home.

Vaish: Oh my god what happened to her?

Sid: I think its just weakness because of all the work.

I lied

Vaish: Ok let her rest. Thank you sid

We all talked for sometime and soon the function ended and we went back. I lied on my bed and started thinking about today, she said that she loves me, was she saying the truth and what was she saying bitch snatched me from her. Who bitch? She was going to say her name but she passed out. Is there something I don't know, oh god a lot of questions. But for now I should sleep tomorrow I need to wake up early.

Next morning

I woke up by my phone's alarm. Its haldi today. I got ready and went down and saw maa

Sid: Good morning Maa

Vibha: Good morning beta, are you ready?

Sid: Yes maa but where is bhai ?

Vibha: He is sitting in the garden, come lets go and start the ceremony

Sid: Ok maa

We went there and the ceremony started , after maa's turn it was mu turn to apply haldi. I took the haldi in my hands and went towards bhai

Abhi: Sid please apply it nicely don't make my face a mess

He whispered

Sid: Bhai neither it's a face pack and nor I work at a salon so that ill apply nicely

I whispered back and smashed my haldi filled hands on his handsome face

Abhi: revenge will be taken. Mark my words

I said while chuckling and went back after that everyone applied haldi and the ceremony ended. I changed my clothes and was scrolling through instagram when suddenly a id recommended, it was rizaafreen_15. Oh wait is it the same riza who was avu's best friend. I looked at the profile pic carefully and yes it's the same riza. But why wasn't she there in all the functions, everyone was there but she wasn't there. But why ? forget it I don't care if she comes or not.
