NMSC 6: Entangled Hearts (Tiaom)

Tina and Aom are so excited because Athena will finally be home after almost a year of staying in her dorm room.

Tina: I think ten is much taller than me now.

Aom: I guess, oh, I missed her so much.

Tina: there she is

Athena: Mom! Dad!

Aom was waving at her and slightly in tears.

Tina: your mom is getting emotional again.

Athena: mom? Don't cry. I'll hug you.

Tina: how about me? Do I have to cry also?

Athena: join us, dad ( laugh)

Tina: ok ok, ok

After an emotional reunion outside their house.

Aom now joking around with her daughter

Aom: you're more beautiful than me

Athena: that's not true, mom. I'm more likely as pretty as you and dad

Tina: so I'm pretty, not handsome?

Athena: you're both ( laugh )

Aom: anyway, are you going to be here for good?/

Athena: no, mom

Aom: 😒

Athena: I want to go to Chiang Mai for college mom dad

Aom: what?

Tina: I thought you'll go to Mahidol?

Athena: Well, I changed my mind. And besides, I want to go to Chiang Mai because of Steph.

Aom: Steph? Are you a childhood friend from Bangkok?

I thought she's in the Philippines?

Athena: she's back here, and I'm so excited to meet her again. Is it been five years, right?

Tina: well, if that's what you want

Aom: tina?

Tina: what? Let's support her, and she's not alone there. Steph will be joining her. Right ten?

Athena: of course .so mom? Are you going to let me to Chiang Mai now?

Aom: I don't know,

Aom stood up and went to her room.

Tina: Hey, don't worry, I'll talk to your mom. Just do what you want. Ok?

Athena gave a hug to her dad.

Tina: I missed that.

Athena: thank you, dad. I love you.

After tina followed aom to their room, Athena message Steph that's she's so excited.

Steph: your parents let you go to Chiang Mai for college?

Athena: dad already said yes, but mom, still not ok with it. But dad will talk to her.

Steph: that's nice to hear. So see you after two weeks? I had so many things to say about my vacation in the Philippines. So fun!

Athena: really? I can't wait to see you, Steph. You still sing, right?

Steph: Yeah, Why?

Athena: how about karaoke after I get there?

Steph: I already had plans, huh? Sure.

Athena: good, gotta go now. I need to clean up first, so tired today

Steph: take your time.

When Athena finished chatting with Steph, she remembers Ashley.

Ashley: I don't know ten. I'm not sure about this, sorry.

Athena felt sad a little bit, but she's been there, and all she needed to do is move on.
