A year after the DEO was built, aliens were invited to be a part of the DEO to protect their kingdom and families. Jeremiah and Eliza left the DEO with J'onn, wishing to have some time to themselves. While the DEO was being taken care of, Jeremiah went out to search for the infamous Excalibur. To his luck, it was where his father told him where it would be. After Jeremiah and Eliza explored Camelot, they got into more serious business. When they returned to National City, they announced that they were expecting a child.

They sent out invitations to the surrounding kingdoms, wanting to celebrate their pregnancy announcement. The five other domains surrounding the Danvers Kingdom arrived two days later with many gifts and food. The celebration lasted three long days with dancing and being with family.

On the last night of the celebration, something happened that no one thought was possible. The clouds turned dark, and a powerful rainstorm hit the kingdom hard, forcing the castle to close its gates to the people. Lightning struck some of the farms, causing their fields and homes to catch on fire.

Jeremiah walked out onto the balcony and looked out at all the damage. J'onn sent out Vasquez and some of their best agents down. The agents were able to stop the fire from spreading more. The king looked up at the clouds and sighed, "Why is this happening today?" He asked himself.

While Vasquez and her team were talking with the farmers, she looked up at the sky. She saw more lightning strikes, trees, and other properties of land catch on fire. She and her team went out to take care of the damage.

When they knew that the lightning was over, Vasquez and other agents walked back to the Castle gates. While Vasquez was walking across the bridge and into the castle, she heard a scream. Vasquez looked over to where the cry was. She squinted her eyes to get a better look at what she saw. She heard the scream again, but this time she saw someone falling.

She gasped and bolted into the castle. She ran past her fellow agents walking in and out of the DEO, seeing the worry written across her face. She didn't stop to answer anyone's questions; all she knew was that she needed to get to the King. She burst through the doors of the ballroom and looked everywhere, finally noticing the King and J'onn standing on the balcony.

Jeremiah and J'onn both turned when they heard the doors slam, noticing Vasquez soaking wet and breathing heavily.

"Vasquez, what is it?" J'onn asked with worry in his voice. She stopped in front of the two men and caught her breath before saying anything.

"There's... there's something that you need to see immediately." She spoke with a shaky voice. The King looked over her shoulder and saw their guests looking at them curiously. J'onn noticed as well and stepped in front of the two of them, looking at the crowd, "There's nothing to see here. Just a minor problem. But please, keep enjoying the party."

Jeremiah, J'onn, and Vasquez ran back out onto the balcony and looked up at the sky but couldn't see anything because it was dark. That was until they saw it for themselves. "What the hell?." J'onn spoke.

"J'onn, what is it?" The king asked. J'onn pointed up towards the sky where the clouds were parting. Jeremiah's eyes opened wildly, and he stood there in shock. Eliza was walking through the crowd and noticed her husband, J'onn, and Vasquez standing outside in the pouring rain. She excused herself from the group and walked to the door. "Darling, what is it?" She asked while looking up at the sky with them.

Jeremiah turned around to his wife and showed her where they were looking. When she saw what they were looking at, she gasped and held her hand against her mouth. Tears were rolling down her cheeks. Jeremiah calmed his breathing down before looking back at his wife and whispered, "An angel."
