I first met Ed White from San Diego, California when I was 11, he looks flamboyant while married to his sweetheart Joan (pronounced Jo Ann).
Before Ed won the NFL Arm Wrestling Champion in 1976, he arm wrestled me, and I won the challenge. It's just like the rehearsal. In 1978, Ed went back to his hometown and played for the Chargers. In 1984, Ed was in my music video "I Don't Know You Well Enough," who was written by Kix Brooks of Brooks & Dunn.
Today, Ed and Joan had two sons, although their only daughter Amy passed away in 1997. He paints and sculps every single time. He should be in the show called "SpongeBob SquarePants" to be as a guest, but no, he said, and Ed was the greatest.
