Sammy White from Louisiana became powerful about his looks and his dignity. He was signed by the Vikings in 1976 as I moved to Lakeville.
Sammy was headed to my house for a surprise party in 1978 and was watching four Country Kitchen commercials including Sammy. All of my Vikings friends were fantastic to watch it.
When he last played in 1985, Sammy send me a letter about having a good times and bad times I know about, but Sammy was a great friend.
