Chapter 2

As I sat in the car with my family having to listen to my sisters disrespectful remarks I was only thinking about my friends. They were like my real sisters and they meant everything to me. Unlike my actual sisters they cared for me.

"Hey are you listening!?" My sister Madeline interrupted my thoughts

"No but now I am" I rolled my eyes

"Is there any cute guys at your school?" She asked

"Yes, nothing compared to the guys here." I chuckled trying to make her jealous even though it was the truth

"Really?! Do you think any of them will like us?" Sabrina asked

"No" I said blankly and they both scoffed

"Oh please! I'm sure you haven't had one boyfriend! I would be surprised if you had any friends." Sabrina smirked

"Actually I have had a total of 5 boyfriends and I have a whole friend group a long with my teammates in the sport we play there." I grinned

"5 boyfriends?! Jeez you are a slut" Madeline said and her and Sabrina laughed

"Excuse me? If you want me to be honest only 2 of them were serious, 1 cheated on me, and 2 of them just wasn't working out. Now I suggest you shut your mouth before I choke you to dea-" I gritted my teeth infuriated at the name I was called.

"Alice!" My mom shrieked

"Oops" I murmured sarcastically, the rest of the ride was silent which I was more than happy for. Once we got there not a word was said, we just got out of the car. I grabbed my trunk and got a trolley to put my supplies and belongings on.

"Alice would you walk faster?" My dad spat, we ended up speed walking even though we still had 15 minutes until the train left once we got to the barrier my sisters wouldn't shut up

"Ew i'm not going through there!" Madeline crossed her arms

"I know sweetie but it doesn't feel like anything" My mom smiled at the two girls

"The faster we go, the faster I leave!" I said in a singing tone

"Fine" They said in unison and ran in after me. Once we got in the twins gasped at the amount of people, especially the boys

"Fred George!" I called out

"Alice!" They said in unison, they ran up and George grabbed my waist and held me in the air

"Put me down you gits you are like 6'3!" I giggled, the height difference was outrageous with me being 5'2

"We missed you! You friends have been looking for you" Fred smirked

"Where are they!?" I basically yelled din excitement, I looked behind the twins to see 3 girls looking clueless amongst the crowd looking for me

"NATALIE. MADDIE. SYLVIA" I shouted, almost everyone turned towards me but my 3 friends sprinted to me and knocked me down with a hug

"ALICE WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!" Maddie chuckled still hanging on to me while we all laid on the floor

"Sorry I was later than usual. The assholes came with me" I whispered the last part

"Hey!" They said in unison and we all laughed while the twin girls fumed

"Okay we got to go. Bye mum, dad I am not looking forward to Christmas!" I shouted back at them as I ran off with my friends into a compartment

All of my friends gave each other nicknames of different birds we found in a book that we read in our second year for the care of magical creatures class. I was Crow, Maddie was Dove, Natalie was Duck, and Sylvia was Goose. Yes they were stupid names but we came up with these when we were 12 and they stuck with us even though we are 17.
