Chapter Six

~~ continue last chapter//Karin POV ~~

I got to my old house and seen that someone else live there. We used to live in a nice neighborhood, it was rich but it wasn't the ghetto, the crime rate in this neighborhood wasn't high, the most people did here was deal.

"Wassup with you" I looked over and it was a tall brown skin man.

"Do you know who live here"

"why, what you on" 

"I'm Karin, I used to live here with my family but after my mom died we all moved to different places"

"Sorry for your loss, my sister live here"

"Oh okay, have a good one"

"You want to come inside" I hesitated at first but then I said yes.

"I have a gun, imma put it in my purse" he looked at me surprised.

"You look too innocent to carry a gun" she chuckled.

"My dad and uncle said my innocent look will be the first reason why people would come up to me" he nodded, I put the gun in my purse and we went inside.

"David is that you"

"Yea ma, I brought a guest" the lady came around the corner and my eyes grew wide.

"TRINA" Trina looked at me then smiled.

"Karin, Woow. You look good" I did a little spin and then we hugged.

"You look good too, didn't age one bit"

"I see you still making fashion statements" David looked confused.

"I didn't know you had a brother"

"Dave this is Karin, I used to babysit her Karin this is Dave" we smiled at each other. Trina and I talked for a little while Dave went upstairs. Trina is 8 years older than me, she was my babysitter from when I was 6 until I was 8 and then she got a real job.

"Hey Tree top, I'm finna go to the city. I'll be back later. Nice meeting you"

"I think imma head out too, nice swing you again Trina" we hugged and I walked out in front of Dave.

"Let me drive you, where you headed" I decided to go back to clares.

"my cousins house" he opened my door and I thanked him.

"Ohh Clarence, the bearded king" he said the last part mocking Clare. I laughed so hard. We stopped at the light.

"Yea that's him, how you know him"

"I used to run with him until he stopped because his moms started bussing everyone's ass, she ain't want him to end up like his pops and we all understand that" I nodded and he pulled up outside. He got out and opened my door again.

"Thanks for the ride"

"Can I get your number"

"Umm sure but I have a boyfriend" he nodded

"I'll keep it respectful"  I gave him my phone.

"I go back to North Carolina tomorrow, but we should see each other again" he nodded, we hugged and then I went inside.

"Bitch what the fuck" I looked at Clare a rolled my eyes.

"What"

"Stick with Travis, he won't have three hole in your chest" I chuckled at him and we finished our movie we started last night.

Next morning// Travis POV

"Bro Yo girl on the shaderoom" I grabbed Tyreeks phone out his hand and l looked at the post. It was a picture of Karin laughing in some man car yesterday. I looked at the comments and Aaliyah commented and Karin.

Aaliyah: I know she wasn't in New York and didn't come see me @karinJinsui
Karinjinsui: I came to see my momma and cousin, I ran into an old friend

"Man Ian tripping, Karin won't do nothing grimy" after I said that my phone rang and it was Karin. I answered the FaceTime. The boys were all listening.

"Hey baby" she fixed her hair put the phone down.

"Heyy Travvy, sorry Im just getting inside, I wanted to clear up the post before you start practice" I looked up at the boys and they scuffed.

"I'm listening mamas" she looked at the screen and smiled and started staring at my face.

"Mamas focus"

"It's not my fault you look so damn fine but I went to my old house yesterday and ran into my old babysitter, her brother took me home and he asked for my number" some of the boys started looking at me.

"So I told him, I have a boyfriend" she turned the shower water on.

"I know that's right" she chuckled.

"Wanna watch me shower" the boys started leaving the room some taping my shoulder on the way out.

"Nah baby, not now. I have to go practice" we said our byes then I went to practice.

February 1st Karin POV

"I will be there Travvy, I'm sorry your mom can't make it baby" I looked up at Travis' mom and she covered her mouth and chuckled. Travis and I hung up. Travis doesn't know everyone is here. i paid for this huge Airbnb in Miami, it has 11 bedrooms, 6 bath, a pool, a hot tub, and a game room. Everyone will be here decorating and watching the game, while I'll go to the game. Justin, Tori, Jamie,  and my dad went to the store. Kelson, Kennedy, Daryl, and Ella are in the back yard.

"Do you love him" I looked at mama J and smiled.

"I do love Travis mama J but honestly we known each other for four months but we've only spent a week around each other so the personal connection is off" she nodded.

"I'm glad you are honest with me baby, I want you to keep the faith and that love because this football career is a lot but Travis does love you, I can see it when he talks about you" I smiled. For the rest of the day we started prepping food and playing games.
