I went on Live two days after the whole gender reveal and apologized to the world about the way I announced it. I just feel bad to ruin the exciting news from my family and Travis' because I'm angry at him. Today is Travis' birthday, I still have love for him, I do but I just can't deal with this. Aaliyah and Kennedy went back home, we have been able to go to stores and stuff a little more but I'm tired of being inside. I was talking to this realtor for a few months so I've finally found a house well maybe. She wants to meet today. My dad and Jamie is at work so they won't know if I left. I got off of Instagram and put my brown mask on then got in my car. I hooked my phone up to the gps and then put in the address. My realtor said she'll meet me there, it's only 40 minutes from my dads house. Once I got there I texted the realtor, I was still in the car when I got a call from Patrick.
"Hello my good sister, how's my niece"
"She's wonderful, I'm taking her on a tour of her possible new home"
"Pops know you out the house" I sighed and rolled my eyes.
"Boy I'm grown"
"Yes you are but there is a virus spreading around and you about to walk through a house that others been in"
"I have on a mask, I have sanitizer and I'm the first one on her schedule today"
"You talking to Aaliyah" I heard Travis voice and I got happy on the inside but made sure I had my rbf on.
"Happy birthday Travis" Pat handed Travis the phone.
"Thanks, how are you my babies"
"The baby is fine, Tell Pat I'll call him later" I hung the phone up and sighed, a few seconds later the realtor pulled up. We both got out, introduced ourselves. She handed me a envelope, it had the floor plans in it, some other house listings and floor plans.
After the tour
"I really like this house, I've always lived in big homes so a four bedroom house for a family of two is reasonable to me" we both laughed and then she handed me the pricing book.
"This house hasn't been remodeled, I talked the owners to selling you this house for only $700,000"
"That's amazing compared to the other houses, remodeling isn't that hard or expensive either, I'll take it"
"Great I'll send you the information and we'll keep in touch"
Travis POV
"She hung up Bro, she said she'll call you later then hung up"
"We have a long ass thanksgiving break go see her man" I nodded and we finished the game. We were about to head to practice when my ma called.
"Wassup ma we've got to get to practice"
"Karin been in an accident, you need to get here as fast as possible" my body froze and I stopped walking.
"Trav Bro what's wrong" I looked up and started crying.
"We got to go to the airport" I wiped my face and got in the car.
"Karin got in an accident" he nodded and got in the car, I heard him on the phone with coach but I couldn't hear shit they were saying my mind was on Karin and my daughter.
"Coach said take his private jet, I can't come with you but call me with information. She gonna be alright man" he dropped me off at the private jet and I got inside. I assume coach called and told them everything cause they weren't talking to me they just got stuff ready. Once we landed I got in the truck and the driver sped to the hospital. Before he could even stop I got out the car and ran inside.
"I'm here looking for..
"She's in surgery now Mr.Kelce, her family is in the private waiting room" I nodded and walked over to the waiting room. Her dad, Jamie, some dude and pregnant girl was in there. I walked in and everyone looked at me. Jamie walked up to me and wrapped her arms around me. I put my head in her shoulder and started crying.
"She's strong" I nodded and then two doctors walked in.
"I'm Dr.Hue and this is Dr.Neil, your baby girl is being monitored closely due to the movements of the vehicle Karin sustained abdominal injuries which caused a placental abruption" dr.hue said
"Thats when the placenta detaches partially or completely from the womb in the babies case it detached completely because of that we had to do an emergency C-section. Due to being born prematurely the baby is now in the NICU being monitored" Dr.Neil looked around at everyone.
"That's great, baby girl is okay. How's Karin" mike asked.
" The stress from the accident and the C section overwhelmed Karin causing her to have a mini-stroke. The stroke caused her to slip into a Coma. We will be monitoring her very closely"
"Can we visit them" I asked looking between the doctor.
"Unfortunately Karin can not have visitors tonight because she has just gotten out of surgery and we don't want to risk exposure to COVID, but you all can come see her tomorrow"
"You all can come and see baby girl through the glass" we thanked them, wiped our faces and followed them to the glass. They have a window for the room with the babies on the outside so people can see them without going into the actual hospital area where the doctors and nurses are at.
"She right there, do we have a name yet" I sighed
"No we don't" the doctor nodded. The doctor said I can do the paperwork tomorrow but I had to fill out one paper while I'm here. We did that and stayed as long as we can.
"Travis you can stay at my house son"
"Thank you" I told the driver he can go and I rode with Mike and Jamie.
"I'm sorry for everything, I really wished I treated her better when she was with me then none of this wouldn't have happened. Karin wouldn't have gotten in the accident and our daughter would have a dang name"
"Son listen, Karin loves you. She will always love you, yes this situation is the worst situation ever but god is giving you an opportunity to fix what you broken. Fix your relationship with my daughter son, be there for her and your child" I wiped my tears and held my head back in the seat and sighed
"Also we didn't have a name for Kennedy either, she wasn't named until she was two months old" Jamie and mike chuckled which caused me to chuckle and then we all started laughing. We pulled up in the drive way. We all got out and went inside.
"I'm Clarence, the cousin and this is my girl Queen" I dapped him up and side hugged queen.
"Congratulations" she smiled but then dropped it. She excused herself and went to the kitchen with Jamie
