"Lyds wake up." I turned over on my side as someone tried to wake me up. "Love." I opened my eyes a little and smiled. "Good morning, happy one year." I looked at him and smiled.
"Happy one year."
"Now come on, get dressed." I looked at him confused as I finally saw he was wearing a hoodie and jeans.
"Where to? Am I wearing another blindfold?" He laughed at my question, shaking his head, thank god.
"You'll see when we get there, wear something... casual." I watched as he left the room, I took the covers off my body and went to my closet. I took out a black designed shirt and put a sweater over it, before putting on jeans with holes on the knees and then my converse. I looked myself in the mirror and grabbed my bag before walking out the house. I looked at Al as he turned around smiling. "You look beautiful, come on." He opened the front door closing it behind him, he ran and opened my door for me, I laughed and got in, he shut the door and got in the driver seat before starting the engine.
"So, where to?"
"Oh no, not saying." I sighed and looked out the window, my eyes widen when I saw we were at an amusement park. He parked the car and looked at me. "I know it's not like Disneyland or anything-"
"It's perfect, plus we went there yesterday, Rio." He laughed at me and got out. I was about to open my door, but Alex beat me to it. "Such a gentlemen."
"Always." I smiled as he extended his hand, I placed mine in his and got out the car. "I love you." He quickly gave me a peck before acting casual again, that made me laugh.
"I love you too." He dragged me to the check in and got some tickets. I dragged him to the rollercoaster. "Um, Lyds, you know..."
"I know, but I will be right here, promise." He looked around then at me. "No fears?"
"No fears." I smiled and kissed his cheek.
"I'm right here, just hold my hand." I felt him shiver as I whispered in his ear.
"Nothing scares me more than you giving me this feeling everyday." I smiled and dragged him to the line. Once we got to the top we gave the man our tickets and got on, my smile never leaving my face. We suddenly dropped down, it wasn't very steep but it was pretty fast. I threw my hands up into the air and yelled.
"Woohoooo!" I felt Al looking at me, when I looked at him he was smiling. "What?" We suddenly began turning, and I could feel the rush of wind in my face.
"Nothing, I'm just happy to see you so happy." I smiled and grabbed his hand. Once it was over we walked around and played small games, Alex won me a little stuffed wolf. I smiled and held it to my chest, I gasped and brought him to a Ferris wheel.
"Please?" He laughed and gave the man the tickets, we got on and looked at the town. "I miss home." I felt Alex wrap an arm around me and hug me. I jumped as we stopped, I laughed as we rocked back and forth. I looked at Al and smiled, "Best one year ever."
"Next year will be better." I laughed and shook my head.
"Better be. I love you." He leaned in and rested his head on mine. I smiled and leaned up placing mine on his, he put his hand on my cheek rubbing it with his thumb, best year ever! Once we got off, we began to laugh and talk about anything. I took out his phone and played his ringtone. "To Echo, for bringing us together." Al smiled and held the phone up as he kissed me.
"Best Alien ever." I laughed and began to walk until I bumped into someone. "Lyds!" I laughed as I hit the ground.
"Sorry, I should of been watching where I was going." I laughed at him as Al helped me up.
