Hi there! I'm Grace and I'm a high school senior. I'm currently taking poetry and it's been a great experience. I wanted to share some of what I've written over the course of the trimester. Feel free to leave feedback, and I hope you enjoy.

Overflowing emotions will trigger your hands to write on their own and eventually you're obliviously writing poems already. Write down what you feel, until it hurts no more.

List of Poems I made

a collection of poems written by oneself through scattered days and endless nights, each word reaching for a quiet comfort that only lingers in silence. read between these verses, and you might just find a fragment of yourself that's been yearning to be understood. (bear with me, please. some of these were written at 11-12 y/o)

I turned my diary into a bunch of poetry-a set of poetry and songs for the person who was important to me. Sometimes in life, we meet a person who would re-write our future and include them in it. A perfectly well-done story that you both are writing together but along the way, another chapter had come; you were just writing the story alone. We thought that they were the ones who would stay until the story ended, but it turns out they were just there for a couple of chapters in your life.

A collection of my poetry and lyrics that I made during the quarantine. Lately, this became my diary. This is composed of my dreams, thoughts, feelings, and fantasy. Some of them are canon, and some of them are based on my very own experience. Sometimes we also need to escape reality and ricochet to the fantasy that we dreamt of.
