The day Winter Evans died, she was struck by lightning, her heart stopped, that was it. But then she was shocked back to life, or so they say. But she wasn't the same, something in her had changed, evolved. This change plunged her into a world of paranormal creatures, lethal plots to overthrow human government, life and death predicaments, and unexpected appearances of people from her past.

This is my first ever free-verse poem and this is very far out of my comfort zone. I'm used to rhymes and certain structures, certains standards not just letting anything happen, so some feedback would be awesome. I'm sorry." ---- The Sector has put a large ban on using powers ever since the Goddess was able to walk its land. Many fought in a war to stop the government from confirming these laws, yet they ended up being slaughtered. Hundreds of years later, the fight still pursues. A large organisation made of smaller groups- the Assassination Group League- holds a base in every country within The Sector. Now, a new group will be willing to join, hoping to put an end to the rule and giving freedom to the people. Clarence Hunter is your average man living in Echary, along with his sister Eva. He works as a blacksmith, fixing and preparing weapons for those who go off hunting or fighting. What he doesn't realise is that he could one day hold a sword of his own on a battlefield.

This is just a poem I created to provide a place for me to vent. When I first began writing it, I was on the verge of tears, however, as I wrote on I felt confidence and thus influenced the last few stanzas. Arrow is the only owl that can't fly. He tires everyday just so he can lift into the sky and fly like any other bird in Maine. The other owls laugh with rudeness in there voice. Arrow has no friend , his family is gone so they can not support him for why he can't fly. He was a best flyer in till his wings were shot by a hunter with his rifle during hunting seasons. He wishes to fly like that again but he knows it won't happen at all. Arrow has nothing but sarrow after a emotion that hurts him. Find out what happens to this poor owl.
