Muggen som var i personens hand ligger nu bredvid och drycken sprider sig på golvet, i kläderna och i håret. Någon stänger av musiken och alla ungdomar tystnar. Alla samlas runt personen men ingen reagerar. Över 100 par ögon vittnar men inget händer. Sam ser den personen som han letade efter under festen, kroppen slutar att skaka. Gus ser skummet fortsätta växa och åka ut ur munnen som tillhör personen som han är så besviken på. Alex ser på medan personen som han så gärna ville ha slutar andas och kroppen förblir stilla. Detta är en kort novell skriven som en parallellhandling från tre tonårskillars perspektiv. Gus, Alex och Sam är tre helt olika killar, ändå så blir alla anklagade för mordet på halloweenfesten i skolan. Men vem är egentligen skyldig?
