I heard about him on the news a few days ago! Yeah! They say he's...the burning ember of our society? Was that the wording?- I don't know. It was at least something like that, hah! The C.Q.T.C claimed that he was a project, in the test phase or something? Sounds pretty cool! I mean, a kid, being trained by the government to be society's "Perfect Hero"! I even hear that they took samples of his DNA to show to the public! I don't know about you, but I'm super excited! This could be the fall of All Might, after all! Or, An experiment, an agent working with the government, a Vigilante of the public, a young boy, who's arguably the most feared human that society has come to know of. (Not finished. After the final battle at the canal, instead of being thrown into the death loop, Diavolo is taken to a mental institution by the Speedwagon Foundation, and is put through one of the worst tortures....
