These are poems I've written in the past year about my emotions and how I feel in general. This was just a way for me to vent and feel better so don't expect anything amazing. These are just copied from my notebook so there might be a few mistakes. I don't own the cover picture I try to upload daily

Poems about the harsh realities of life. The world isn't all sunshine and roses. It's cruel and it will kick you in the face a million times. These poems are my reality and what I go through daily. Of course good things happen but these poems are an outlet for me. This is a way for me to express myself freely without being judged

"Sunflowers for brains" is a collection of beginner poetry from an early stage of my adolescent years of life. A journey through my struggle with mental health issues is put into words to try and motivate or inspire other people. We are not alone.

A collection of poems which I have written. Most involving heartbreak, mistrust, realization and a sense of a crossing passage. Each a different message Aikido means true victory, this also translates to victory over ones self.
