Often times when I'm alone, my mind conjures up the image of the pale white moon. It's large, so large that it looks as if it could swallow dear little Moonacre in all of it's entirety. And then I feel the crushing weight of water, swirling around me. My hands frantically try to swipe the pearls off the bodice of my dress as the cold waves push me down further. My lungs cry out for air but I still plummet to the bottom of the dark ocean. When I'm finally forced to gulp down the salty liquid, I'm at peace- serene. And everything fades to black... ------------------------------------ Maria and Robin seem to be in an endless dance; one day they take a step forward, the next they take a step back. With pressure and tension mounting, will they end up together, or will someone end up with a broken heart?

When the first Moon Princess cursed the Valley you might have thought it was the Merryweathers and de Noirs who got the worse end of the curse. Yet that was far from the truth. With the two powers of the Valley too occupied with feuding with each other everything fell apart and fast. One woman decided she would try everything to honor her best friend's legacy by becoming a Keeper the Valley. Now her only descendant carries on her legacy at the young age of 15. She has become beacon of hope for the Valley and all of it's people. She has managed to stay under the radar almost her entire life. Yet time is running out for the Valley and the New Moon Princess is coming to Moon Acre. The Valley is on edge with situations become more dire, what is a teenage girl to do. Being a Keeper of the Valley isn't easy add puberty, a new princess, and a race against time. Not to mention dressing like a guy to fly under the radar having given her dresses away to those who needed them more. What else can she say. However, to break them from their perfect paradise, Rose's recent headaches have been getting worse. It's only a matter of time till they eventually lead to something more. Moonacre was once again in danger, but this time there were much higher stakes...

There is a girl and there is a cliff. It is always the same. It's haunting him. The same cliff and the same girl. She stands at the edge and every time, she turns over her shoulder to look at him. There's something in her eye. A look of sort: determination, or stubborn resolve perhaps. Either way, it's there. He sees it every time, but he never realises what it means, until it's too late. He notices the look, but only a second too late does his mind finally catch onto what it actually means, and he starts to run. Her name runs free from his mouth; a desperate call to stop, but it is too late... she has already jumped. He's now crouched at the edge of the cliff, where she once stood, forced to watch her fall. "Maria!" He hopelessly screams out one last time. TLDR: Night after night Robin is haunted of dreams of Maria jumping from the cliff. He doesn't know what it means, only that it makes him very overprotective of her... will Robin realise his feelings before making Maria mad. Nightmare leading to a love confession.

Maria's eighteenth birthday is an event to celebrated by everyone! Except the birthday girl herself. Living up to family expectations is crushing her, and she can only find comfort with the one person who never asked her to anyone but herself. Except misunderstandings, suitors, and dances are blurring the lines between them. As the celebration ball grows closer will Maria and Robin discover they have just a friendship or something more?

Fae Goodwin is living off of rubbish, and the only food she gets is the food she steals. But the day she almost got caught by the people she stole from, she also got caught by the guy looking for an easy reward. Which happened to run straight into his arms. Now all he has to do is bring her back to the guards and collect his ransom. But will he be able to go through with it though or will Fae run away? Idk you'll have to read it (based on the film 'The Secret of Moonacre')

This is about Robin and Maria's growing friendship and them trying to cure a curse. But first they need to know how. Plus romance for all you shipping them. This is my first shot at this so I hope you like it.

Maria Merryweather, the last Moon Princess of Moonacre Valley, has defeated the curse that would've plunged the valley into eternal darkness and despair. But how will life be once the curse has been raised? And what about setting everything else right? Will the families come to peace as they learn to navigate their familiar but new surroundings?

What happened right after the final events of the movie. I wrote this some time ago, rediscovered it on my laptop and decided to post it here :) Right now it's more of a one-shot but I could try continuing if I got some ideas. She ran faster and faster yet she couldn't escape. (Oneshot. The Secret of Moonacre MariaxRobin. Description is short I'm sorry XD)

The Cuyen tribe were the protectors of the valley. They lived long ago as a peaceful tribe but as the De Noir clan grew, they shrank in size. Now only one remains. Astina. As the last of her kind, it falls upon her to keep Moonacre safe from any harm that might fall upon it. When the young moon princess arrives in the valley trouble seems to follow. Whilst trying to keep her out of harms way a young, curly haired De Noir boy catches her eye. With things beginning to go wrong, Astina realises she will have her work cut out trying too keep the peace and preventing the valley from being destroyed. But there are secrets that no one else in the valley know about and Astana may be more connected to the curse than she thinks.

Everyone knows how the the last Moon Princess saved Moonacre from being plunged into eternal darkness. But what about the young man in the shadows? The heir to the De Noir clan. The one who made it possible for Maria to find the Moon Pearls? What did he witness? What hardships and abuse did he shoulder from his father? What could've happened or been said that would make Robin De Noir put everything; his inheritance, title, and even his life; on the line to run to the aid of Maria Merryweather?

Maria never ran into Loveday and left Moonacre. The resulting curse eliminated the entire de Noir bloodline and left Maria as the only one to carry on the Merryweather legacy. Over 100 years later, Jane is the last Merryweather and therefore the last Moon Princess. To restore the legacy of both the Merryweathers and the de Noirs she travels back in time to guide Maria on her path to lift the curse and save the valley. After the events of the movie Jane decided to stay in Moonacre a while longer, knowing fully well that she should return to her own time once more but she can't bring herself to leave just yet. Torn between her own reality and her new friends as well as her blossoming feelings for Robin, she must decide whether to go or to stay and leave her old life behind.
