What do you do when your magic comes from someone else? Maybe you sell your soul, maybe you commit evil deeds in the name of your patron. This is a story I wrote for NANOWRIMO. It has some "mature scenes", but there's no swearing. (Not what Melody actually looks like <) Melody. Normally a beautiful sound that brings peace or happiness, but this melody brings death. Who created her, she can't remember.
