Star Trek AU which is very close to the AOS universe. Lyra A. Cadwell, or rather Dr. Lyra Cadwell had just finished her PhD in Astrophysics. At 17. She has wanted to enlist in Starfleet ever since she was born. Her father was her inspiration, and still is, however he was murdered 4 years ago. Everything was fine, until it turned out she had much larger obligations, and responsibilities, to an entire county. She meets the entire enterprise family, including a man named Jim Kirk. He is the complete opposite of her, but in many ways, the same. Very similar... They help and support eachother through all challanges and become a power couple.

James Kirk and his best friend get recruited to the USS Enterprise after a bar fight, then they meet the Southern Dr Mccoy onboard the shuttle to take them to the Starfleet Academy.

Kirk, finds himself once again struggling to get along with his first officer Spock when they begin to realize how different their viewpoints really are. As both Kirk and Mr. Bennet come to terms with their issues that they have with their partners, they begin to attempt to put aside their differences and accept them. Theseus just wants to go home and take a nap, although... the stars do look beautiful from amongst them. But why do these strangers seem so familiar? And how did he even get here in the first place? This is a tale of suspicion, of confusion, of isolation, and above all, nerdiness. "Thus far, the diplomatic mission had gone well, all things considered. Sequel to Star Trek AOS: Nightmare mate. Several years after the birth of Selene, first born daughter to Spock and Admiral Serenity Valentino, the Enterprise makes it's way through space once more.
