A relatable story with relatable characters. Weird romance, weird stuffs, weird author.

There is a secluded, post-apocalyptic Floridian town known as Drycinder. Its population is exactly 8,000, it resides within the countryside, and is hidden behind woodsy area. The inhabitants are stuck in the nineteen-eighties, just with less technology. Moreover, no televisions or movies, plus record-players are taboo and hard to find. Needless to say, they're junk. Video games are even out of the question, but telephones still are. And there is one high school and a blended school of elementary and middle school-aged children. Nothing typically comes in from the outside world, or that that's not stuck in the past; they are fictitious just like what is believed to be the outside world itself. However, somehow, an odd-looking humanoid toy; bright ultramarine blue, gelatinous, and resembling an elongated tiki-statue with finger and toeless limbs, is brought in and left sitting in the October dirt and leaves. Curiously intrigued by the exotic, fifteen-year old Clandey Saoirse Ebenezer was one of the first to encounter the otherworldly spectacle, along with her ten-year old brother, Parnie Garrett, and their eleven-year old cousin, Soto Dieter Ebenezer. Feeling misunderstood, deliberately ignored by, and basically drifted from her geeky and arrogant toddlerhood best friend, Wexel Aradnisse Ignatius, what seemed like a horror to Clandey, i.e., the blue gummy stretchdoll, turned out to be her saving grace for another ear, as well as the softest heart around.

He was most definitely not the most handsome boy out there he was average at best. Now combine these two people and we have a relationship. Unfortunately enough though somebody in the relationships feelings are unrequited. Although atleast they have something to bond over. Both of their favourite colours are dark blue.

Has a vague and strangely optimistic view of most things. Greg, the middle one. On the other hand, view things in a more obscure way. Not necessarily negative, but not positive either. Grinch, the oldest. He may seem distant and disinterested, but that's because he's neutral, probably, about everything. Weird conversations and shenanigans, interesting characters and situations and much more of what these three will face head on. Because there's no other way around life.
