Saat itu tanggal 3 April 2019, ratusan pasukan robot, teroris, mafia, dan aliansi penjahat dunia bersatu dalam menyerang tiga negara pada awalnya di sekitar jajaran Tiongkok, Amerika, dan Eropa. Pada awalnya, tindakan mereka ini dianggap sebagai tindakan anarkis dari sebuah perlakuan pertidaksetujuan dengan pihak antara Amerika-Asia yang bermula oleh teroris, namun lama kelamaan menjadi sebuah penyerangan besar yang tak terelakkan. Memang benar, saat itu krisis-krisis politik, ekonomi, sosial di Amerika mengalami penyusutan yang besar hingga mempengaruhi negara-negara yang bekerjasama dengannya. Pasukan PBB, S.W.A.T., S.A.S, dan berbagai kepolisian telah dikerahkan untuk mengalahkan para teroris dan robot. Namun, mereka semua juga tidak mampu mengalahkan mereka yang jumlahnya melebihi para kepolisian. Tidak hanya kalah di jumlah, tapi juga kalah di kekuatan. Para robot itu juga tidak bisa dikalahkan dengan mudah. Pada akhirnya, pihak kepolisian juga tidak mampu berbuat apa-apa atas insiden yang terjadi. Semua insiden yang terjadi dilakukan oleh organisasi C.A.F.F., sebuah organisasi kejahatan dunia yang beranggotakan seluruh teroris dan penjahat di seluruh dunia serta memiliki pasukan robot. Tujuan utama C.A.F.F belum bisa diketahui secara pasti oleh letnan militer Amerika, Let. Michael Wesley, dalam rapat pertemuan antar pasukan militer Amerika. Ia diberi tugas oleh seorang Jendral untuk menghentikan invasi C.A.F.F dan mencari tahu apa yang direncanakan oleh C.A.F.F.. Dalam misinya, ia bertemu dengan dua orang yang akan membantu menyelamatkan dunia. Akankah mereka berhasil menuntaskan kejadian semua ini?

Lo que una pandemia hace en alguien.

Not even safe in your dreams. The word nightmare doesn't even scrape the surface of this 'dream'. Every time you close your eyes and lose consciously, it's a battle of life and death against 14 other 'players'. The 'players' don't wake up until the game is over. Or some never wake up again. It really brings the saying 'live today like it's your last' to life. All your senses are alive. That wee trick of pinching yourself doesn't work. It's almost like it's not a dream. But, your body stays in the real world as friends and family watch on until your death or victory. Yearly, 14 people die in their sleep. 1 survives. The 'game' varies in length. Children are prepared for the 'games' because no one knows who the next 15 will be. Unlike the famous Saw movies, none of the 'players' has anything in common. Authorities have tried to find the mastermind in this charade but to no luck. They've given up hope and just let the 'games' run their course. A young Japanese woman neglected the training and chose a lazy lifestyle believing she would never be chosen. Luck was against her and she was drawn into the year of 2023's, 'game'. She was lazy and stuck to video games instead of the normal physical training advised by the world government. {Matatatabi} Hello! Normally I stick to fandoms, such as anime and music groups, but I wanted to make an original story. I haven't completely left fandoms because this book will have video games included but not heavily. If you don't know these video games it is okay because the story won't be based heavily on them. This story won't be all rainbows and sunshine. It will contain : *Violence *Blood and Gory *Nightmarish settings *Swear words *Video game references. All video game references or ideas go to their original owners. I use British English, so I use some different terms, words or spellings. If anyone is confused please speak up so I can resolve the confusion. All pictures/photos are credited to their owners.

Inspired by the devastating national geographic images shown on the competition page, it was utterly heart-breaking to see so I felt I should be a part of this powerful movement

I wanna share with you how I cope up with my fear of this generation's pandemic, how I felt about it, what I was doing during quarantine, how I managed my frustration and all that quarantine related stuff we all can relate and how I turned it out to be actually great.
