A teenage girl named Madison Winter possesses cryokinesis moves to Hawaii where she attends a new school of what she thought was filled with regular humans. It turn out that the new school she attends contains some teenagers with powers as well, more than the last school she came from. Although, when she encounters enemies from her childhood, she starts to befriend others with powers in order to form an alliance of her own to fight them and protect the innocent.
