    It's been two years since Madeline left Chicago and moved to California to work in the FBI. She left Chicago 4 weeks pregnant. After finding out that Jay was cheating on her she took the job offer without a thought.
    
    Madeline moved back to Chicago a year ago and joined the FBI unit in Chicago they don't go by the book and are willing to close a case no matter what it takes.
    
    Rumors are going around in the Chicago Department about another dirty cop a female agent in the Police department, she's known as ruthless and will do anything to get a case closed no matter the consequences. She just wasn't ready to bump into Jay after two years.
