It was strange in a beautiful way, what she could hear. Hypnotic even, and that should've repelled her from trying to follow it. And yet, she walked out into the street in a daze, kaleidoscope eyes vacant and staring straight ahead.
    
    It was a song.
    
    The words were incoherent, falling over each other like a raging waterfall, yet she felt it, deep in her bones, that she knew this song. Memorised it. Understood it.
