This is a story about former BuzzFeed employee Chris Reinacher, and Try Guys member and former BuzzFeed employee Keith Habersberger. Keith meets Chris one day at lunch time during his junior year of high school, and both of them immediately bond. Ashly Perez, Chris' best friend, also makes time to get to know Keith better, as she had a good first impression of him. When both of them get accepted to the same university after graduation, Keith introduces Chris to Eugene Lee Yang, his friend back in elementary school, after finding out that he was accepted to the university as well. Chris confides to Keith about being interested in Eugene, but Keith sternly warned that Eugene was already in a relationship. One day, during their second semester of freshman year, Keith tries checking in on Chris if he was keeping up with the stresses of college, but immediately noticed that things were going awry.
