    Silver was raised by a careful, and loving mother. She taught him well; as do most mothers. Usually the mothers of Career-Tributes are wickedly encouraging. Their aim focus is worship the system in which enslaves them. Raising their kids to show honor to The Games and their District. 
    
    Silver has a hellish birthday the day after The Reaping, "celebrating" in a way he didn't imagine. 
    He's the first tribute in Panem history to turn an age over the age recruitment which makes him stand out more to the Capitol. 
    
    Silver has to quickly unlearn his bubbly, loving personality, transforming into a vicious yet caring killer
    
    Thus being his strength and weakness.
