In a World where people acquire abilities knows as "Quirks", there's one boy who becomes some of the unlucky few who have not has not been blessed with one.

Society calls these people "Quirkless" and they are usually treated with disdain because they are what humanity USED to be, not what it is...

But what happens when the boy's fifteenth birthday comes, and his step mother tells him that his REAL mother didn't have a quirk, but something more?
