After the War of the Ring, Aurora Brandybuck, a distant cousin of Merry Brandybuck, moves to the Shire to care for her orphaned nephews following the loss of her sister and brother-in-law. Settling into her new role, Aurora finds herself amidst the peaceful life of the Shire and begins to rebuild her family alongside the famous Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee. As Aurora becomes acquainted with the residents of Hobbiton, including the enigmatic Gandalf the White, she forms a bond with Frodo, who is still healing from his own harrowing journey. Life seems to be returning to normal until an unsettling darkness creeps over the Shire. One by one, hobbits begin to disappear mysteriously during the night, and fear grips the peaceful community. The young are particularly targeted, vanishing without a trace. When Aurora's beloved nephews are among the taken, she is thrust into a desperate quest to uncover the source of this evil. She turns to Frodo, who, despite his lingering trauma, is moved by her courage and determination. Together, they rally a group of heroes: Merry, Pippin, Legolas, Aragorn, and other trusted allies. United by a common cause, this fellowship sets out on a perilous journey to confront the shadow that threatens their homeland. Along the way, they face old foes, discover forgotten secrets, and test their bonds of friendship and loyalty. Aurora's resilience and bravery become a beacon of hope as they venture into the unknown, determined to save their loved ones and restore peace to the Shire once more & maybe even find love.
