Ok, so I know this concept of if Prim went into the Hunger Games has been done before, but I swear to God I am NOT copying ANYONE! If there are similarities or some parts that almost the same thing happens as another one- do not flip out on me- this is MY OWN take and fanfic. Thx. Now here is the description:
Primrose Braylee Everdeen was always terrified she or her older sister would be picked to fight to the death in the Hunger Games. Her nightmares became a horrifying reality when a week before Prim's 13th birthday, she was chosen to participate in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. When she doesn't have Katniss to keep her safe and all odds against her, will she make it home alive, or will she leave this earth forever?

The Hunger Games: What If Katniss Never Existed?
What if Katniss had never been born? On the day of the mine explosion Prim had been sick, forcing her father to take the day off work. With her father surviving the explosion, Prim realized how dangerous his job was and Prim demanded he teach her how to hunt incase he didn't get lucky again. Now Prim has a set of twins as younger siblings, Angelica and Gabe who are nine years old. With a family to help feed and protect, the worst thing that could happen would be for Prim to get picked on her first year eligible. Of course, the worst things always tend to happen. Will Prim survive the 74 annual Hunger Games? I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS, I MADE A FEW UP BUT THE MAJORITY ARE SUZAN COLLINS! Suzie is just a normal girl from district 2 whos family has died because of the cruel Capitol, and all she wants is to do is be with them again. She figures the best way to finally be with her family again is to volunteer for the hunger games. Then someone else could kill her and she wouldn't have to kill herself. Also her father was in the games and she wanted to make him proud. So she comes up with a plan to go around all the districts gathering different types of skills and once she gets back to district 2 she will volunteer. Making her father proud was the thing she loved to do the most. Her father was her idol. But she doesnt have to volunteer. Suzie Timmer thought she would never get chosen at the reaping because she is not apart of any of the districts except district 2. But the Capitol figures out her plan, they figure out what she has been doing, so they purposly pull her name out at the reaping in district 4... Every one know the story of how my older sister, Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire, and her fellow tribute, Peeta Mellark, won The Hunger Games. This is my story, when I, Primrose Everdeen, was picked to compete in the 76th Hunger Games. ~~~~ I was reaped once, for the 74th annual Hunger Game. I was 12, my first year being entered. My sister promised me nothing would go wrong, even gave me a mockingjay pin to protect me. We both went to the reaping, and my name was pulled. Let me just say, the odds were not in my favor.
